Been coming here for years and years. Tom, Abhi and Vik has earned my loyalty, my clients loyalty and of course the loyalty of my furry friends for life.If you guys are wondering about the quality of food, honestly you won’t get better for your furry friends. Especially the price as well too. More than fair and always deliver quality product. One time I had a small issue with my order (no. Fault of anyones) Tom and Abhi didn’t ask any questions and replaced the order for me immediately. They are all professional , and such good people to work with. I’m there regularly and each time I go, even though I don’t get to see Tom often, I’m sure he’s super busy with everyone he always takes the time to check in with me in passing and see how everything is doing. Feels like home, feels like family to me. And for someone running a business that literally feeds my family for me, there is no better place. Worth the drive for me, worth the money and definitely worth the time.Tom, Abhi, vik, if you’re reading this please know you’ll always be apart of the AK9 team in my books !Alex.

My dog has always eaten turkey we buy from grocery stores. We heard about canadaraw and bought 55lbs of turkey meat since it was much cheaper and immediately noticed a weird smell. About a week later my dog wont eat it. We tried to cook it and give it to him and he still won't eat it. Waste of $100!

Another sketchy move.When selling products wholesale it’s obvious some people are purchasing for resale.First it was the branding on the packaging that was new with the company logo from blank tubes.Now it’s the boxes themselves the food comes in plastered with the company’s branding.What’s the point of selling wholesale at a discounted rate if you’re just going to put your name on it everywhere. At least the option for blank packaging should be an options for people who are reselling.Stealing customers from your customers… Very unfortunate.I’ve been buying here for over 6 years now, but I will be looking for a new supplier.

Their pricing doesn’t make sense :/ Their chicken formula isn’t white meat, meaning it contains bones and intestines. Yet they cost $4-$6 per lb. Antibiotic and preservatives free chicken(made for human consumption) at wholesale supermarkets cost $3-$5 per lb, and that’s just chicken legs or thighs. Why does your dog food cost more than human food?One star because my dog is having diarrhea after eating your formula. He used to eat kibbles before and nothing new was given with your food.Edit: These food are full of fat! Has anyone tried cooking them without oil and see how much fat they release!?

Their raw food is terrible quality.I order the lean ground beef. The beef cube is over 50% fat!!

I make purchases from Canada raw often. This is the best place for dog raw food, Everyone there so friendly. Always treat me so well. Everytime I go, I’m greeted by Abhi and he always always such a gentlemen. Takes my order to my car for me and helps put it in too! The meat is super good and fresh, (believe it or not, I tried so many other place,)and the service is great! Thank you Canada raw and thank you Abhi for making my dogs happy always!

We have a very picky eater, thanks God we found these guys. They sell a very good quality raw food and our dog loves it. Buying their big boxes 55lb has been a life savier, good food for cheap price. Our dog eats 2 lb a day, this way at least we don't have to go every week buy her food.

My dogs responded well with the chicken but not the beef. I brought it back for a refund where there was still 30 percent of beef in the box, the staff can only give me some discount (4 dollars off). I understand my dogs had eaten 70 percent of food and it sounds reasonable for a partial refund. However the fact is, first of all, the issue was not about me, it is the food that the dog did not respond well. If it is the problem of the product, I don't understand why I cannot get a 100 percent refund. And second, anyone with raw feeding experience knows that dogs need to take time to adjust the food and sometimes you cannot really tell if they adjust well or not with just a few feedings. I stopped feeding once I had found out beef had too much fats for my dogs. So it's normal to consume more to tell if they have adjusted or not. And now you are telling me I cannot get 100 percent refund or exchange because there is not enough beef in the box?I read the owner responded to other google reviewer saying about 100 percent refund. So I always go to the store with confident thinking if there is anything wrong I can always bring it back. I guess I didn't read the fine print.To be fair, their price is good and the quality is on par, but I just don't expect that I cannot get a refund if my dog is not responding to the food well.
