Rude sales clerk!There was an older European lady with shoulder length blond hair who had a really bad attitude - borderline hostile. She was rude with me for no reason.The store was empty... but it felt like I bothered her from just hanging out - like it was too much work for her to bring out some shoes that I wanted to try out.She kept rudely asking me if I wanted to try the shoes on or not.... like obviously I do since I asked to try them on.It's a shame bc they have a good selection, but I just felt so unwelcome there. But the funniest part was as I was leaving she said to me you're welcome" I mean there was nothing welcoming about her or the experience!!!"

This is a review of the store on east side of Yonge, just south of Sherwood Ave. The store was understaffed - two salespeople on a Saturday with loads of customers. I showed 3 styles to the saleslady (possibly the infamous blonde" from previous reviews) who came out with one pair

Fantastic experience. I was there today looking for a particular style of Birkenstock’s and with a recommendation of a sales advisor I tried a different style, which was in fact perfect for my feet, comfort and look wise. I ended up buying them. The lady who was helping me was very attentive of what I was looking for, very kind, very patient and engaged in my decision with what to buy. I normally don’t like to shop, but this was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I felt as I was shopping with a friend. A sales advisor like that is a rare find.

Lady helped immensely! My feet are slowly coming out of pain. Bought inserts and they are great.

Promenade store disorganized, staff does not know their prices. One particular girl was standing around, disinterested at best even though the store was not busy.Had ordered boots several weeks ago for $199.99 which were supposed to be in in a few days. I checked to see if they had arrived but they weren’t there. A friend went into the store for me to see if the boots had arrived but they had not.I was in the mall yesterday and went to the store to see if they were in but no luck. The gentlemen checked the store’s notebook and found my order but did not know what had happened. I asked them to look and see if there were any of that model in stock. They found two in black. After trying them onI decided to take the black pair. When the girl rang it up she claimed it was $219.99 She obviously didn’t care about making a sale as she didn’t bother to check their website after I explained the price was incorrect. I guess I disturbed her rest, not that she was busy or even bothered to attempt put back boots that a customer had left lying on the ground.With that customer service it’s a miracle that store is even still in business!Needless to say I will buy the boots elsewhere and never recommend that store.

Visited on March 25. When I entered the store, there were two other costumers. I started looking at the shoes, I found a single shoe from El Naturista"

Went in today and was quickly pounced upon by a sales associate. She seemed eager to help, got me a pair of shoes in my size, but then quickly ditched me when someone else needed help. She never revisited me to see if I needed help with the shoes she brought me, so I left. I would have been fine managing myslef, but she seemed so eager to help that I accepted, but jumping to help and then moving quickly to someone else was just rude. Won't be coming back

Could I give zero? Went in to look for a pair of Timberland boots. Waited at the desk as I did not see the boots I wanted on the wall. This young man finally approached me. I showed him the boots and asked if they had them or if they could order them for me? What are they? If we do not carry them, then we cannot order them. I could not remember the name, so I said I would look it up. He walked off. When I finally found them on the timberland website, he said, did you check our website? It was the attitude and disdain with which he spoke to me, which made me say. Thank you for your help and I walked out. I am someone who hates shopping, so when I go to a store and buy my timberland boots; I buy four to five pairs at once, so I do not have to go back for a while. My interaction with this young man made me regret ever going into this store. Go somewhere where you are treated with dignity and respect and spend your money there. That is my advice to Toronto. Walking on a cloud has lost any attempt to have my business. Thank you.My advice go to circle shoes where they know how to treat customers.

I had an amazing experience here! I was shopping with my baby and a friend, and was looking for shoes to go back to work after mat leave. The store associate measured my feet to get the right shoe size as many women's feet change during and after pregnancy. I ended up buying two awesome pairs of very comfortable shoes. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will most definitely be coming back to this location and will be sending my friends there as well.

Was just at the Yonge and Eglinton store. Wasn’t looking to purchase anything today but instead was looking to try on a few pairs of boots I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Model I was looking for was discontinued and no one carries it anymore in the city. Sales associate was Daniel and he was super informative and helpful. I ended up buying another pair that looked great, also discontinued and on sale after he helped me size up properly and after a good chat. Not pushy to get a sale and just all around nice, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Great job and this happy customer will return.
