As a chain, pretty hit & miss. But McPhillips and Regent have always been great. The new Betta fish display structure is VERY impressive and selection rivals anywhere in the city.

Great people here. They're always super helpful, the cashier's are pleasant and friendly, willing to fetch and climb ladders to get things that are out of reach if Justin isn't there. Don't get me started on THAT guy. Nice, friendly, helpful, never in a rush, tall enough he doesn't need the ladder... Like, what's your deal. Nobody can actually BE that nice!

The staff is always friendly and the store usually always has what I'm looking for. My kids and I sometimes come in just to look at the animals. They are very kid friendly and don't seem to mind.

It's the only place I can take my pup to get her nails done. She had a bad experience with clippers and they use a grinder on her nails instead.It's a really good experience. Theres a lot of temptation in the store for a pet owner to spend money on though. Little things your animals never knew they needed lol

We have recently completed Petsmart puppy training at the Regent Avenue store. It was a great experience for our puppy giving him a lot more confidence and a number of skills that are really great for him to know. Trainer Victoria took the time to get to know each puppy and family in the class and was able to offer breed-specific advice. This training really enabled us pet owners, to see how our training looked from the puppy ‘s perspective and showed us how to gear the training to be positive for the puppy and its handler. Highly recommend.

Been shopping here for years now and the service and selection has always been great, but taking the time to leave a good review because of a visit a month ago. The Hermann's tortoise enclosure was amazing. Usually bigger box stores or even smaller pet stores have no idea how to care for these animals, and their living conditions lead to health issues like pyramiding. The tort I saw here had a gorgeous setup, with sphagnum moss, proper lighting, a nice hiding area, appropriate substrate, and a nice meal of fresh leafy greens. I was very impressed with whoever is responsible for the setup. Nice to see guys, was almost tempted to take the tort home with me :)

Very friendly staff, they even gave a discount for our young pup for training lessons for free, we didn't even ask! Pet-friendly store which will allow your pet in stores.
