I have been seeing Dr. Ahren Roy for about a month now. From the beginning the entire experience has been excellent, the entire team at In Touch Chiropractic is very friendly. At first I was very scared, but the doctor was very kind and an excellent professional, he answered all my questions, and explained to me how the treatment would be. I had my first Biostructural control this week and I am really happy with the results, compared to the previous values, I can notice and feel that I am on the right track, I had not been able to sleep well for a long time, now I have more energy. As I tell my friends it is important to do the recommended exercises and be consistent with the treatment to notice the changes, I have also been practicing Pilates and Yoga which has helped me a lot too. I still have some time to go but so far my progress is going pretty well. Thanks team “In Touch Chiropractic”.

It's refreshing to not only be told what the process moving forward is; but rather, a detailed explanation as to why certain things are the way they are, and how to improve.Between regular visits for adjustments, a complete set of exercises, the use of a couple tools, and check-ins, I've started to see significant improvement.Having already suggested In Touch to a few friends, I can't speak highly enough of the whole team!

Dr. Ahren is really professional and dedicated. He will take time to explain to you how your treatment will be made and every step of the process. If you need an actual Chiro with long term results then I definitely recommend it. Would give 10 stars if allowed !

Dr Ahren is really one of the best Chiropractor in town. He is thorough and detailed oriented. If you need a Chiropractor you must consider going to his Clinic.
