If we could leave more than 5 stars we would!!Peter & Maria were absolutely exceptional during our search to buy our first home. Not only were we house hunting in an extremely competitive market, but we were trying to secure a home before giving birth to our first child only days later! Peter & Maria not only understood that time was of the essence for us personally, but also helped us navigate/take advantage of a crazy market before the homes we were looking at ended up out of our price range.They bent over backwards and scheduled us to see as many homes in 10 days as possible. After losing out on a few homes (because they sold before we even pulled in the driveway) Peter never let us get discouraged- he searched high and low for us and eventually showed us a house we didn't even ask to see. This home turned out to be the perfect home. Not only did Peter act quickly and build a great rapport with the listing agent, he ran numbers and pulled comparables to ensure we didn't pay a penny over what we were comfortable with (which seemed impossible in this market). We offered in competition and ended up coming out on top, all before baby arrived!Words can't describe how happy we are with the result and how incredibly lucky we feel to have had Peter & Maria in our corner. Peter was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the GTA market. He knows a lot about different types of housing and different pockets of neighbourhoods. When viewing a house, he looks beyond the aesthetics to really see what the house is condition of the house is. He quickly understood what we liked and didn't like in a house and helped guide us.
