True to the name!! Needed a tire change and it was done in 20 minutes flat. They squeezed me in between bigger repairs.Other shops in the area quoted me a week to two months for the tire swap.Fast, reliable and friendly.

Wow what an incredible experience! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I got my back tire fixed right there and then. David went out of his way to help me out, make me feel comfortable (even when I know nothing about bikes) and go the extra mile to make sure my bike was safe to ride. Would definitely recommend this place and will be going back for all my bike related needs.

This shop is great - from the moment I dropped off my e-scooter Peter was very professional and welcoming, even added some tips for maintenance. The communication via text for pick up is a nice touch. The staff got me back on the road within a few hours.

So I came in this store to get my E bike repaired and I had a great fast experience with them Thomas hooked me up with amazing service! They talked me threw the diagnostic for my bike repaired. Their fast & have great fair pricing! The people who work for this company are amazing I 100% recommend this if you need a repair on any bike, EBike or scooter.

Opening of a new Repair and Run branch at bloor st w is very very convenient for me for repairs. this was my first visit to this branch. depth of details i received on the quotation for my e-bike maintenance is just phenomenal. from electrical parts to bike mechanical functioning and maintenance, they helped me in understanding the ebike behaviour in different climate conditions and fixed small issues which if left untreated could have become major later on for example - Derailleur replacement, Wheel true, hydraulic brake bleeding on time , Instructions on E-parts extra care during winter time etc. I am thankful to all the supporting staff for sharing their knowledge and making efforts in getting me back on the road same day.
