Dion was super helpful and very knowledgable about the car we test drove. His manager was friendly and there was no high pressure tactics. Very pleasant visit today. Update: we bought the car. The entire experience from start to finish was pleasant and we're thrilled with the car. Doesn't get any better than this.

Excellent service!!!!We came in with a used Subaru, not being sure what we wanted or needed. We also live in Toronto but spend weekends in Port Hope. Our car needs are very different for the two cities.Eric Briggs greeted us with a polite smile and as we were looking around, he said that he hoped this would be the eventual last stop. He was right!Eric was extremely professional, always available for questions, and knowledgeable. He took us around in different vehicles in partial snow, rain and some sun, you name it! Most importantly, we were letting go of our first fuel car and knew we need a change possibly eclectic or hybrid. Eric walks us through different aspects of the finances, gas or eclectic, assessed our used car at a fair price, etc. That first day we left, saw two other types of car but frankly none compared to the service we received from Eric and quality of Hyundai.The bar has been set high!!!.

Just bought a 2023 sonata n line from Lauria Hyundai. The overall process was great. The salesman, Karl Zaman was very informative, communicated with me every step of the way, and answered all the questions I had. Karl even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was happy. Overall a great experience from Lauria Hyundai.

We got one of the worst customer service experiences from your dealership. First, the dealership wants to charge more than MSRP with all the unnecessary warranties, which should be a customer's choice not mandated by the dealership. Secondly, when we provided a quote from different dealerships without this additional cost, the on-duty manager and salesperson verbally agreed to reduce the additional cost; however, the next day before applying the credit application, the dealership denied providing the price.No value in their words and customer satisfaction.Good luck with ripping off the customers.

Great place to buy your next vehicle. I live 1.5 hours away and would go back there. My Sales Consultant Derek Etcher was great to work with right from the very first phone call to Lauria to check on inventory. The whole team of Lauria staff made me feel welcome and treated me with respect especially Sara and Wes whom were part of my experience.Like I said Lauria Hyundai is a great place to buy your next vehicle and I am sure the sister Volkswagen dealership (same owners) would be run the same way if you are interest in a Volkswagen.

I had an amazing experience at Lauria Hyundai. Ryan Walt was extremely helpful in finding me a vehicle in record time when another dealership had failed me. He also kept me updated during the entire process while waiting for my vehicle to arrive, and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Lastly, when I went to pick the vehicle up, I was greeted at the door by a few of the employees and felt warm and welcomed the entire time, and had a good pickup experience. Overall, I had a very good experience here, and would definitely recommend this dealership to all.
