As a Meridian customer, I would like to take a moment to thank Luisa and Marrion at the Chinguacousy South Branch - 65 Dusk Drive, Unit 2, Brampton for an outstanding and perfect work on my recent mortgage application until closing. Luisa is very dedicated to her role as she made sure that she is always on top of every next step throughout the mortgage application until we closed the deal.She always follows through and keeps me updated while waiting for a next step or during the approval process. Luisa has been instrumental and she has gained my trust and loyalty as a Meridian member. We recently dealt with Cassie and Marrion at the Dusk Dr branch. We have nothing but positive words to express about the level of care and competency that has been shown to us in our dealings with the branch. I can say with utmost certainty that if you are looking to be dealt with in a fair and equitable way, by people who genuinely care about your personal and financial welfare then I would encourage you to talk with them.

I went into this bank to see if they could match what my Bank does for me and they said they could. I emailed the list of business requirements. They took weeks to get back to me and then requested a meeting. They said they get back to me within the week and it took them 3 times that long . When they did finally respond everything we spoke of wasn't even taken into consideration. I called to find what happened and haven't had a response to this day.

Recently completed the mortgage process and Sonia Lam, the mobile mortgage specialist for this location, was absolutely amazing. I had contacted and met with a number of the big banks and was given either incorrect information or brushed off. Sonia took the time to run multiple scenarios to figure out a way to make the numbers work. As this was for a private sale, she also gave a great deal of help in terms of general process for the whole real estate transaction. I highly recommend Sonia, and based on my experience so far, I will be moving more of my banking to Meridian in the near future

I would like to change my review because I was extremely happy with the service received from Luisa in 2018 but everything changed now.I received a false information about my mortgage in the email by Luisa because she does not want to process my Home Equity Loan application.She was misguiding me instead of providing me right information.I contacted the Manager of the branch and made a complain. He promised to help me and resolve the issue but its more than a month and he is saying no update.A Manager has no update for me. I am very disappointed with their system and employees who provide false information to customers.I always tried to refer people to Meridian but will not do it again.

I recently visited this branch and sat down with a financial advisor regarding mutual fund investments. Being I am new to mutual funds, I really enjoyed sitting down and discussing my financial goals with Ben and actually understanding. Not only did he explain mutual funds to me throughly but he made it easy to understand and relatable. I would definitely recommend Ben to anyone looking to open mutual funds investment portofilos. Thanks so much Ben for all your help.

Marrion and team from Meridian Bank (Brampton Branch) was very organized, professional, friendly and knowledgeable with the different mortgage products. He tailored made a product that suited our mortgage needs. He explained everything thoroughly and always called us back promptly. We are very happy with his services and specifically of Meridian Bank, for helping us secure a mortgage. We put our trust in him and he most definitely came through for us. I joined Meridian Bank last year and have nothing but good things to say about this branch. The customer service here is fantastic. Branch manager is highly cooperative and professional. He went above and beyond to help me and provided trustworthy financial advice. I transferred my accounts from other banks to this branch as the staff is great here and super friendly.

If I could give this Branch a 0 I would, lucky the min required star is 1. Where to begin, this branch has some unprofessional people. people don't know what they are talking about and people can't even call back when you leave messages. Emails is worse, clearly you guys are on the computer all day, how can you not even email me back. WARNED do not deal with Cassie, she doesn't know what customer service is. The branch manager is too dull and senseless to care about customer service.
