The drinks are ok, but I had the worst customer service ever, I spent $20 for two regular milk tea with light ice on both, the lady was telling me, the drinks will be short because I asked for light ice and they have to follow the recipe. I didn’t argue with her. In my mind, I was like what if I ask for no ice, do I pay for the full price with just half a cup of drink? What is so hard to just add a little bit more milk or tea into my drink? Can’t you just have a different recipe for drinks with light ice or no ice? Never going back!

While delicious, this has got to be one of the most expensive bubbletea places I have been to.The Mango and Pomelo Sago Tea was good. On the sweet side even with a reduced sugar level. The quantity came out to about just under 2 1/2 cups. And for a drink costing $9. 25 + tax, I was shocked!They were kind and let me use the washroom so in truth I felt obligated to buy something.I can't say I wouldnt go here again. It was a rather delicious tea and their quality of bubbletea is top notch. I can see why it's a little pricey. I would be interested in trying their green tea foam cheese bubbletea and possibly others.

As with the other TP Tea locations, they're great with providing friendly service and high quality drinks as top priorities.Recently, they've been doing different combinations of their signature pink salt cheese crema" drinks and they're pretty comparable to the mulberry one (which continues to be my favourite). Just be mindful that the strawberry one picture for example

Always get the 3Q TP Milk Tea as it has all the toppings I enjoy (maybe can do without 1). The tearistas were closing up so it took a while for our drinks to be made. Be warned: prices are extremely high for bubble tea compared to other shops in the plaza. 2 large drinks were close to $20 after tax!

Friend wanted to come here so I tagged along and chose the grapefruit iced tea with aloe which was featured on their menu.Really good fruit tea! It had a slice of grapefruit in it as well as grapefruit pulp, and had a good balance of sweet and citrus. Possibly one of the best grapefruit teas I've ever had (quite close to grapefruit juice in taste). Never heard of TP Tea before (Google says that there aren't too many locations in the city) but glad that I tried it. I'll definitely come back again if I'm in the area, and will also check out their downtown Yonge/Wellesley location too since I'm downtown more often than Midland/Finch.

Very happy to see TP Tea open in the area and the quality is on par with the Commerce Gate location. It's quite busy here which is a given the nature of the plaza but the operation is quite organized. Staff are efficient and fast.We got the mango sago drink with tea jelly and a TP milk tea. The mango sago drink has a minimum ice level which was still a bit more ice chunks than I prefer but taste is great. The tea is actually quite strong and the pearls were standard, maybe nearing the edge of being overcooked.

Looking for a bubble tea shop with seats so we can sit for a while while waiting for our car to be fixed nearby. We ordered the fresh Taiwan pineapple fruit tea and would like it to be 50% sugar and less ice. However the staff there told us this tea has standard sugar which cannot be reduced, but she was kind enough to offer us to add more tea instead which is very helpful so we don’t have to change to something else. The tea tastes good and not overwhelmingly sweet. Would like to visit again sometime.
