If you get the chance to book an appointment here, do it! You won't regret it. I used to live in Mill Bay and Dr Michaluk is amazing. He cares, he's thorough, and extremely friendly. I now live downtown, and still drive to Mill Bay for my appointments. It's that great there! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Steve and his staff are absolutely thorough and True Professionals!!!They actually listen to what you are telling them and proceed accordingly. I had not been to a dentist in 50 years because of an incredibly negative and painful experience.I had a full top denture with 70% of remaining top teeth extracted as well as other things while they were in there.I am just about 4 weeks into this and have yet to have ANY pain at all. 2 very minor irritations that were dealt with immeadiatey.If you need work of any kind done, these are the people you want doing it. From Reception Desk to cleaning and everything in between.By the way, they like to laugh so you better come armed !!!

I have had a lot of dental work done in my life, and unfortunately endured some horror story experiences over the years, but I have to say the service I have received from Mill Bay Dental is exceptional! I had a cross bite and underbite that I wanted treated. Stephen thought he could fix it with extractions…… he charged me 500 dollars to do a digital mock up that looked like garbage. What he should of done was refer me to see an orthodonist.He Was glad to take my money but that was a highly unprofessional experience. Your dentist should alway refer you to an orthodontist for bite correction.In the end, I got braces and double jaw surgery. Very pleased after getting proper professional care.

Dr Cynthia was an absolute pleasure and very informative to her every step.In future I would prefer to see her for my visits! Cannot say enough good things about her, What a breath of fresh air.

I NEVER write reviews, but this is an incredible dentist office that deserves a huge shout out because they offer the highest level of patient care, expertise and professionalism I have ever experienced in the Cowichan Valley. I had previously had terribly traumatic experiences with dentists and had major trauma triggered whenever I sat down in the dentist chair ~ Dr. Michaluk and his staff were so patient with me and helped me overcome my “dentist trauma”.I highly recommend Dr. Michaluk because he is a very up-to-date, intelligent and skilled dentist (with a gentle touch), and he is also incredibly attentive, calm, supportive and caring in every way. He also has the biggest heart and a great sense of humour too! His staff are highly attentive, personable, caring and mindful to the needs of their clients as well. I have never felt like I am being judged or shamed for my own personal dental care (Which was also my experience at previous dentists)! ~ Everyone here takes the time and makes the extra effort to make you feel like you are a part of their family. I no longer feel scared, nervous or anxious to go to the dentist and I cannot recommend them more highly!
