Lake Chestermere Tire & Mechanical

After supporting this company for years, today was super disappointing. I made an appointment 1 week ago for a tire swap today. I drop my truck off at 8am as requested and when I pick it up at 5pm, they just didn’t do it! Super disappointed. But more disappointed by the staff and their lack of customer service skills today. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and will stop referring this company. Today was a shameful display of very poor customer service.

I didn't have the best of experiences here but they do seem like a decent place, I wish I didn't have to pick up my vehicle in same condition as I left after two days and not to mention I waited an entire week to get the appointment. Setting customers expectations upfront regarding time line would be helpful for everyone.

Last year in July I bought a new set of tires and had an alignment done at Lake Chestermere Tire. Noticed a few weeks ago some serious shaking when driving on the highway so took it to get balance checked. The tire shop said that there was belt separation due to misalignment. Called lake Chestermere to inquire about warranty had to call back a few times before I got someone to talk to me about it but they told me they couldn't be warrantied because it was due to alignment. I asked about the fact that his shop did the alignment and would he cover anything. He said no he wouldn't do anything for me except try rebalancing the tires. I like to support local but this is one business that doesn't stand behind their work and I won't be going back. Buyer beware at Lake Chestermere Tire

Maureen and Stew aren’t just the owners, they treat their customers like family. I have seen on many occasions how they have both gone above and beyond to ensure you and your vehicle are safe on the road.My 3 children have been guided by Stew on what vehicle to purchase and how to maintain them. He has also taken care of my 4 nieces and nephews in their journey of vehicles.I highly recommend you check them out.We adore this company and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

What a waste of time. Last Sunday I found my car had coolant leak so I dropped it off on early Monday morning. The owner told me as I hadn't booked an appointment earlier, he might not be able to fix it on the day (OK I am fine with it). He told me to leave my car with him and he would see if he could have it soon. So I said if he could fix it in 1-2 days let me know by the end of day. He said OK. But he did not give me a call about it so I assumed it would be fixed within 2 days (last Monday and Tuesday)Then on Tuesday afternoon I came and he said the part had just come. It took him 2 days to order the part (?). And he told me he would have it done by Wednesday afternoon.On Wednesday afternoon I called and he said he had been so busy and would not get it done until tomorrow"

I had the Flat tire and had to fix it as quick as possible. I called and they helped me through within half an hour. Thanks for your kind of help.

Our family has been getting service from this most excellent business for a few years now. They check our car and van, oil changes, tire swaps, general checks for issues. This past day we brought the in-laws Accord in for new All Weather tires and an oil change. Great people, excellent service…they even have a couple of ginger cats hanging around the shop. People you can trust, like the old fashioned mechanics back in the day.

Very friendly family business. They took care of my vehicle and were very professional.I would definitely recommend this honest business.
