From managing timelines to vendor relations to family dynamics, she will ensure your wedding day goes off seamlessly. Megan was a rockstar! She was so organized, efficient and helpful with the entire the planning process. We hired her as a partial planner and she took charge of communicating with our whole vendor team, which made obtaining contracts, creating the wedding timeline, putting in rental orders etc. very easy. All of the vendors were thrilled to be working with Megan as she has an excellent reputation within the industry. All of her vendor recommendations were also spot on from the band to the caterer. On the day of our wedding we didn't have to think about anything and could truly enjoy every moment since every last detail was taken care of. The flow of the wedding day was also seamless. She has coordinated enough weddings to understand how to take your vision and transform it perfectly so that not only do you stick with the planned timeline, but you also don't feel like you are being rushed through the day. Finally she is also very conscientious of budget and really willing to work with you to ensure you stick to it. Megan was a wonderful asset to our wedding experience and would highly recommend her!

Meagan at Maine Seasons Events is a delight to work with. She is completely calm under pressure and brought such a soothing energy to our wedding weekend. She did not miss a single detail and allowed us to be truly present with our friends and family. Throughout the planning process, Meagan took the lead on communicating with many of our vendors, had a terrific attention to detail and guided us on so many decisions that were completely foreign to us (like rental orders and floor plan). She was a real thought partner to us, helping think through items big and small. We left each of our planning calls feeling like she had everything under control. When we first arrived at our venue on our wedding weekend, Meagan was already there supervising the tent set-up. Over the course of the weekend, she seamlessly navigated last minute changes to our plans, provided support and comfort, and collected all of our gifts, cards and personal items. We did not have to worry about a thing with Meagan at the helm. She is also a kind and generous person and someone we are glad to know! Thank you so much, Meagan!

I am so grateful I was able to work with Meagan to plan our wedding. She is the best - extremely organized, responsive and supportive, I would absolutely recommend her as a planner and loved working with her. While planning a wedding during a pandemic was less than ideal, Meagan was incredibly attentive and guided us through constant changes to our plans and helped us prepare for the unknown. I cannot express enough how incredible Meagan was throughout the planning of our daughter’s wedding at the Shipyard in Boothbay Harbor, ME. We live in Connecticut, and were attempting to plan everything long distance on our own. It was tricky, considering we had to rent and bring everything to our venue! COVID hit, and the wedding date was postponed by a year. Once the new date got closer, we realized we definitely needed help navigating through the rest of the plans, along with the new Covid regulations. We were so lucky to find Meagan. She seamlessly picked up the reins where we had left off, and was attentive, responsive and so reassuring! She made the planning process fun instead of stressful! She also designed and made all of the bouquets for the wedding party.Meagan is well respected and already had relationships with many of our vendors. They all worked together under her direction and the result was just magical! My daughter and I wholeheartedly recommend Meagan to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner to perfectly execute their special day! Plainly stated, Meagan was incredible. Can't recommend her highly enough. She was always available and was super helpful on anything we needed when it came to our wedding. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

I’m not sure where to begin when describing Meagan. She simply brings it all to the table. Exceedingly organized, so very kind and human, energetic, composed, resourceful and with unfailing judgement are just a few of her best qualities. We hosted a three-day, destination wedding for 60 in Maine involving catering for every guest for each meal, accommodation for all, recreational events (s’mores, kayaking, etc.) and making everyone of all ages feel part of the entire celebration. It was everything we could have wanted - stunningly beautiful without being pretentious, amazing food and wine, great music, every generation feeling involved, and so much fun. The behind-the-scene logistics were a LOT, but Meagan managed to make it look like it all just came together naturally and with ease. During the event, many of the guests took me aside to comment on Meagan’s obvious command over every detail, as well as commenting how ridiculously friendly she is. She pours herself into an event, and it shows. At the conclusion of the weekend, each and every guest commented on how amazing it had been and how they had never been to such an amazing wedding. Six months later my friends still call it ‘the wedding of the century’ and this was exactly what we wanted; friends and family to share in our happiness and feel a part of it. We interviewed several planners and even though Meagan was more expensive, we were assured by her professionalism, approachability and obvious attention to detail, and we are SO glad that we went with her. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Megan was phenomenal to work with! She helped us achieve our dream wedding at our private residence in just 5 months - quite literally building a wedding venue. On top of being well connected in the Maine and New England area due to her many years in the business, she is also extremely organized and pays great attention to detail. Megan continuously assured me that our day would turn out great, and made sure to calm my nerves as the bride that we were on time day-of. If you are considering reaching out to Megan or signing that contract to work together, do it! You will not regret it, as her expertise is unmatched. We hired Meagan to be our wedding coordinator for our Maine wedding while we lived in San Francisco. She was incredibly helpful in helping us identify and contact vendors, and when COVID hit, she became even more valuable as we navigated multiple cancellations and reschedules. At first, I was not sure if a coordinator was worth" it but I would tell everyone planning a larger wedding that not only are they worth it
