Centura Floor & Wall Fashions

I went to Centura yesterday to look at tiles for our 2 bathroom's. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Their front doors had to be held open - but the staff was right there to help me. I use a mobility scooter to get around and the front doors didn't have a wheelchair accessible button. But Karen helped me look at many different tiles. She let me take a lot of samples home to see how it would look in our bathrooms. Exceptional service and lots of selection. Also very dog friendly which is very important to me. Everyone of the staff came to say Hello to my little dog Radish. The staff and Karen are wonderful and will make sure you get the right tile for your renovations. Thanks everyone.

This is a Tile Wholesale Company and does not sell retail. They have a wonderfully extensive showroom and helpful staff that made me feel welcome when I went in there. The only thing is, to purchase tile, I had to go to a retailer, but thankfully there are quite a few nearby, so it was a non-issue.

Although I didn’t purchase my flooring here because I had a certain colour in mind that I wasn’t able to find, their customer service is amazing and their staff is so helpful and nice!

After visiting numerous places looking for floor tiles we were totally impressed with the service we got from Chelsea J. Having not even been greeted by some staff at other places we were blown away by the immediate greeting and helpful assistance as we tried to find an elusive warm tone tile in a sea of cool greys. And we were successful! Thanks so much Chelsea! Highly recommend coming here.

Went to Centra to look at hardwood flooring for my house. I was in there for about 10-15 minutes, and was the ONLY person in their store. A few staff members hanging around yapping with each other. Not one single person approached me to ask if I needed help with anything. They must be doing so much business, that they couldn’t care less about making 10+K from a potential customer. Someone else will benefit from their lack of enthusiasm.

HORRIBLE SERVICE: I ordered beige and brown linoleum....received grey and white. Designer said it was the dye lot and since that was the only kind of that sample there was nothing she could do. I called Centura directly and they refused to deal with me...they said I had to have the designer call them...ridiculous!!! I didnt care about the complaint I just wanted to buy a BEIGE and BROWN piece THAT I SAW IN THE STORE.

Came here looking to redo my bathroom after we had a bit of a leak. The staff were super friendly and once we found the floor tile and tub surround we were looking for, they directed me to a retail store only minutes away. They even had it picked by the time I got back to the store after paying at the retail location! Amazing service and I will be coming here again when I redo our second bathroom.

Super amazing experience. Was told by our retail store to go here and check out the tiles for them to order in for us. They only sell Wholesale but they helped us greatly and were amazing. Highly suggest using this company for your needs. Laurel helped us today and it was much appreciated!

Can't return a small bag of grout ($47) as per their policy for temperature sensitive materials...bought it the day before , 29C day/16C night temp.Do not recommend
