Fast and friendly service! Took my truck in for water pump replacement and within 2 hours they called with an estimate and time frame to be done. They kept me updated while working on my vehicle and informed me of anything else needed but didn't try to upsell me on anything. The invoice was also very detailed as to what was wrong and what they did every step of the way. My truck runs as good as new now and I have peace of mind driving it. They also offer shuttle service which made the whole process even easier. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

We booked in for an oil change and asked them to have a look at the breaks. The report they sent was great with pictures and detailed description. They also got the my breaks done as well by the end of the day. Great service. Great communication.

The best service I’ve had in GP hands down! I own a Mercedes that I drove to Edmonton for service for years. I found you guys because of other great reviews so I’m leaving one as well. I love that you texted me a link to click and see what you recommended including pics of my vehicle! I could easily click and authorize work I wanted done. Get a latte machine for your customers and you’ll surpass Mercedes ☺️

They diagnosed & fixed an electrical issue in an hour & did a full inspection with pictures for free. Everything was emailed to me for my records & you can pick & choose what items from the inspection you want them to fix right in the on-line form & they'll get to work on it. Reasonable hourly rate, I trust the mechanic that worked on our truck (Dave), and everyone else that I spoke with was knowledgeable & kind. Got a good feeling about the shop. Even the owner helps out, did the shuttle service that morning, nice man. Honest business.

I asked them to do a diagnostic on the car they did told me the vibration was coming from the transmission mount. Changed that part and it still rattles and now they don’t know what’s happening they told me they are unsure which is a little concerning because they want to run more test when I don’t honestly feel like spending more money just for the fact to see if they can figure out what’s wrong. People were friendly and I feel efficient but the fact that they charged me for a part that did nothing to stop the vibration in my car and then tell me they are uncertain as to what the problem is is extremely concerning.

I will never recommend or use them ever again. Tried to over charge hours and given back a broken truck. Didn’t complete the diagnostics properly or even try to take anything apart to diagnose which part was failing, an extra 10 mins of work while the tires were off was completely neglected. I will never recommend this company ever or their techs and the terrible customer service. I am completely disgusted by their work ethic and the way they try to cheat their customers

Best service I have ever received from a local business.Grande Prairie Auto Repair sure knows how to take care of their customers. From shuttle service to and from my vehicle to compassion and kindness when it came to explaining what was going on with my vehicle, and even making sure my son was happy with a juice box and yummy cookies (ok maybe a lot of yummy cookies ha ha ha) They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful as my car is running in tip top shape again. I 100% recommend Grande Prairie Auto Repair for all mechanical and service needs on your vehicle. They are THE BEST in the city! Amazing team!! Thank you!
