I was extremely happy with how my eye brows turned out yesterday. Deep did an amazing job, she payed great attention to detail and listened to exactly what I wanted and she nailed it. I will be returning to her for sure.

My brow lady stopped doing brows, and I was nervous to find somewhere new to go as I am super picky with my brows. I went today for a threading/clean up of my brows. The staff were so friendly and kind and they did an incredible job. She asked what I wanted, I showed reference photos of my brows in the past, and I put my trust in my brow artist. She let me check them during and after to make sure I was happy! I was nervous about them being too thin but they were not at all. She gave me exactly what I asked for, I am super pleased! And the massage at the end is to die for! I will definitely be coming back!

I was very skeptical getting my brows done by someone new, especially being from a big city and having someone I had been going to for a long time. They did really great and theres multiple girls who work at the downtown location; you wont be waiting long and they take their time doing each brow making sure you like it before they keep going. I am happy to say this is my new place for brows!

So unhappy after my appointment. I told her that I didn’t want any scissors used on my brows and she decided to use them anyways… I told her again but it was too late so had to use the scissors on the other brow to even it out. Other than that my brows look botched and completely uneven. I’m so disappointed and unhappy, never had this happen before. I used to come here all the time to get my brows done, and right before a big event I decided to come and get my brows threaded and tinted. Safe to say I will never be coming back again after this and I will find somewhere that actually listens to me as a customer. Will not be recommending this place or coming back ever again.
