Great Doctors at this office!

I have been with this clinic for several years now and I absolutely would never recommend it for even the most basic of mental health issues, though that’s the least of it.The clinic is nearly impossible to get a hold of, if you call right when they open (which they themselves recommended) you get a message saying the offices are closed because no one is in yet.More so if you call at around 4pm on a Monday, as I did today, to simply arrange an appointment, “the office is closed”. I was redirected to an after hours clinic, by answering machine messages, close to 4:15, which of course aren’t open yet because it’s not even after hours, yet somehow this clinic decided to close.The bare minimum at this point would at least be posting that they close at 4pm and don’t take calls until about 20 minutes after their said opening time.(No bookings by email or online are allowed, they will literally respond to your email saying to call.)

Accepted new patients just a month ago with my friends. But wouldn't accept more when I reached out. I called 4-5 times in the last 2 days and there's always wait times or no response. So I sent an email. Which they got back pretty quickly saying to try back next year.

Dr Stanton is superb family doctor and stuff very professional.two thumbs up

Horrible doctor, horrible staff. Loses patient charts and documents won't help the patients and charges for everything.

Telephone number is not working. Terrible service. Need to find a new doctor.

Absolutely wonderful. Everyone from front desk to physicians are fantastic every time. They consistently deliver the best care I've ever received in the Ontario health care system - their service is fast, comprehensive, organized and caring.

Always very happy with our family doctor Dr.Liang and the receptionists at South Oakville Medical Group. Kind, friendly and caring, we feel well taken care of at this office.
