These guys treated me like friends and family as my car broke down just outside shop. More than helpful on the spot no questions asked. All I needed was 5 min of there time short long of it jack up and I clip muffler that was hanging and dangling dangerously to remove it for now till get it fixed. No charge just nice people. They could have been like most shops and said bring in and we fix for a fee even if just temporary for what most would charge min $100. Thank you guys. Coffee and snacks on me shortly one morning. Thanks again.

A close friend of ours backed into our Audi Q7 and crumpled the rear passenger door and fender. We took it to Babs through a trusted referral. Ronke, the owner, dealt with us like family. She assured us that the job would be done in a timely manner and done well. Her estimate was amazingly reasonable. They took about two days to get the job done. We were so pleased and relieved. I give them a 5/5 for good customer service and being able to deliver on time and on quality.

Writing a review 1.5 months after purchasing the car.I bought the car last May and I told Ronke that I would be needing a car that is reliable because I will be driving it to Saskatchewan immediately after the sale. When we agreed for the sale, Ronke told me to give them 1 week to fix everything in order to pass safety inspection. She constantly updated me with the fixes and progress of the vehicle. And to be honest I was scared because it will be a long drive from Toronto to Saskatchewan and I don’t have enough time to have it checked to a different mechanic. They continuously assured me that everything will be perfect and no need to worry.When I got the car, I drove it for a bit and there was a minor issue so I called Ronke and told me to bring the car immediately and they will fix it (at no extra cost)Driving the car to Saskatchewan was a breeze and had no problems until now.Ronke is really a genuine and honest person who cares for her customers. If I am going to buy a car again, I will definitely buy only from them again. Thank you so much!

Great dealership, I am writing this review after 1 week of delivery, and the car is doing great so far. I would give 5/5 for customer satisfaction. They are very helpful and reachable even after sales. After shopping for around 1.5 months, finally I got the used car here, that fit my requirement. I would suggest go have a look if in need of a used car, they have a lot of options which are priced very reasonable. A big thanks to Ronke and Babs, you guys are awesome.

I got a car from Babs auto sales about 2 years ago. In the last 2 years I have only had to do oil changes, no major repairs or changes required. In addition, Babs periodically gives the best advise on the car. All in all I am happy I got a car here.

I bought a 2013 Elantra from this dealership in July 2022, however, a few months down the road after my 3-month warranty there were a few issues such as the left wheel rod and brake callipers. I left a poor review and the Babs team reached out to try and help. They switched mechanics as the one who certified my car clearly didn't do a great job. They have an in-house mechanic now and offer discounted repairs to customers and truly tried to offer me compensation for the issues I experienced months after my purchase. They have great customer service, so make sure to utilize the resources that they provide.
