Don't go in if you only want a couple of things! ;) Insanely great selection and reasonably good prices. Good quality produce and meat.Very accessible (power wheelchair user here). I used the self checkout - my choice - but had several staff check on me periodically and any time I had an issue there was someone right there in less than 30 seconds.Cheerful, helpful staff. Well laid out store.

Medium sized supermarket but with good range of products. Fresh produce is good. Decent choice of cooked meats as well.

Very clean, friendly staff, huge selection of produce. A bit pricy, so they get a 4 star. The store is located on the bottom floor of the mall which would normally annoy me but i love love going down the escalator and seeing all the beautiful colours of the fresh fruits and veggies so i get inspired to cook healthy. Because of that they get a 5 star rating from me.

Beautiful store but HORRIBLE SERVICE holy. The hot table is severely understaffed, you will stand here waiting 40+ minutes just for someone to serve you while there are multiple people behind the counter walking around doing nothing. Have wasted my entire lunch period here many times trying to get something to eat. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Hard to buy things on special when they stock Limited supplies of them. Getting items from the deli counter always seems like an inconvenience to the staff. Dairy and breads stocked on the shelf, usually left there well past their best before date so pay attention when you're picking things up. If you can, definitely go a few blocks south and shop at other grocery stores.

I like this Loblaws since it is clean and generally quite well stocked. One staff in particular is very nice, Sonal - she is always friendly, kind and willing to help. The location is very convenient as well since it's in Empress Walk and there are some smaller shops close by so very easy if you want to pick up a few essentials along the way.

It is a good store . Staff are helpful and cooperative .The only negative thing is the high prices. The bakery is really good and fish department. It is spacious and have the majority of the things that needed for shopping. But I still can justify some items prices which are far higher than many other similar storesThey need to work on this matter or make some loyalist program and more promotionsIt may help .The marketing strategy has a space for improvementI think they need to go green and switch also off the signage light at night . It is 24/7

Fast self check out, good selection of organic necessities, nuts and other dry foods, cleaning items, personal products, green salads and a more limited fruit and vegetable section, but slowly expanding. Like popping in and picking up last minute groceries, they keep great hours which is an appreciated convenience. Located next to North York subway and accessible from the underground path, this is too awesome especially in the winter and heavy rain days.It took me some time to get into the rhythm of this fast moving place. Folks are typically in and out, on their way to work or going home and picking up a Tim Hortons coffee (always a lineup, hugely popular), breakfast or lunch and/ or meal plan for the evening. I finally got into the rhythm and found that I absolutely enjoy going in getting what I need and going on my way. They have great deals every week and a good wine selection for added convenience. This is a one stop place for most of one’s needs.Good selection of more natural and organic options in their packaged foods, house cleaning and skin care. I like to pick up my organic cashews, walnuts and almonds here and last minute natural cleaning supplies. Their prices are competitive if not better. I typically use the self check out, it’s convenient and the staff assigned have always been courteous and helpful. Happy to have Loblaws close by with great hours. Appreciate it.President’s Choice bank cubicle on site.Life is Good! :)

Linda, aka “Salad Queen” on her name tag, was extremely rude when we wanted to inform her that a bag of Vickie’s chips on the shelf was expired on June 6 (on the evening of June 9). As she walked down the aisle and came near us, we tried to get her attention by saying ,”Hey, excuse me,” and while waving in a friendly manner. She immediately became belligerent, said that we should have said “Excuse me…” (which we clearly did), and that she was also a human being (again, we were friendly and all we wanted was to let her know about a bag of expired chips). It went on to a point where she was screaming at us, and we told her that we have her name and to leave us alone. There were other customers who witnessed this incident. We complained to management, and Kevin the manager on duty that evening, spoke with us and said we would have to contact the store manager when he/she is back. While talking with the manager on duty, Linda approached us again, stood extremely close to us in a threatening manner, and specifically asked management to get our names and phone numbers. Based on the largely unhelpful and cold reaction from the manager on duty (who didn’t really want to learn about what happened) and what he disclosed to us in our conversation, we think Linda went to the back to report this as an incident before we had a chance to make our complaint about her. Extremely poor customer service at this store! Hope no one else gets yelled at by their store employees!
