I went through the drive through today. FRIES we cold. I asked for new fries. Got attitude one girl cleaning her nails and the other girl very rude. Restaurant was empty during dinner rush. PROBABLY THE QUALITY OF FOOD AND THE BAD SERVICE. DONT EAT AT THAT LOCATION

I ordered a burger for breakfast they said it would take a bit longer but brought it out to me and were very kind... hard to get burgers at 8 am and since I love burgers this place always delivers quality taste and dinner all day which is great they have all day breakfast every where why not all day dinner thank you A&W

Drove past numerous places that I could’ve stopped for lunch… Decided to go to AW bleams road Kitchenerit was the worst lunch I haveThe french fries or not only cold, but soggy like they had been there for the entire day, burger was like eating cardboard. The only good thing about my order was at the root beer was cold.

I love A&W's food but the service at this branch was amazing. The servers we really kind and they got our food out really quickly. I believe it was the branch manager that was bring the food to peoples tables instead of having them wait, love to see this kind of stuff!

Buyers beware - bought a gift card as part of a promo for $25. Went back to same location to use the card a couple month later and it wasn't working. They told me there was nothing they could do. Said they never seen the message it produced when they scanned it. So obviously an issue with their system. Customer service stinks at that location, manager was not helpful and seemed unprofessional. I used them in the past for company lunches over the years, but after this scam, not interested in giving them anymore of my business. I wish them luck!

Nice sitting in fast food restaurant. I really enjoy their ice frost mugged root beer, which was and cold. Burger was alright but A&W always use too much ketchup and mustard. With the coupons, you get a very valuable meal.

Be aware!!! I am a regular for this food chain.However, I cannot trust their food at all at this location!!I got buddy chicken burgers and the chicken patties were cold!! This means not cooked! I guess that could mean that the food served there is not safe for human consumption! I went back to return the burgers. The supervisor lady was nice, she gave us new burgers, and this time were hot.But, then, we ordered also desert, the chocolate pies, and the chocolate inside was cold, and not melted. I was assured that the food is fresh and cooked at the right temperature, but then why is cold??? Now, I am worried about what kind of negative effects, such as harmful bacterias might have entered my, and my hubby's bodies. I will not go there again. Sorry, you have nice staff but something there is quite not ok. Maybe spend some money investing in a good stove? Maybe throw out the food that is not cooked?

There's so many different options I couldn't decide what to have. The cashier Lina was so patient and helpful. I ended up getting onion rings, fries and the signature root beer on her recommendation. SO GOOD. 10/10 food & service.
