We had originally gone into Stars for our 2020 wedding. Had myself measured and found the perfect suit. Had it put on hold. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had to postpone our wedding to 2021. So we went through all the proper steps to make sure we’d be back into their store when we were ready for suits. So, we called and made an appointment to go back in to get the ball rolling. Arrived in the (Pen Center) store and they pulled out our suit, only it was not the suit we had originally chosen. Not even close. My fiancé immediately told them it was not the same suit, to which they argued and said it was. So she pulled up a picture of our suit on her phone. They searched the whole store, only to find that they don’t carry that suit anymore, and the associate who we originally dealt with no longer works there. How convenient. We are quite shocked at the lack of organization that was demonstrated. Having to deal with the Choas of planning a wedding through a pandemic, and to have this seemingly simple task, go so wrong. We were not even contacted once about the status of our order sitting in their store, even though they have all our information. Supremely disappointed with this service and will be glad to take our business to an establishment not run by clowns.

I purchased a suit package with an extra shirt and tie with belt and was very pleased with the price. I needed alterations done in a short time frame and they really helped me out in a pinch. The friendliness, courtesy and professionalism I received from Melissa was greatly appreciated.

Had a fantastic experience here tonight buying a new suit for my daughters wedding.Youri and Deborah went way beyond expectations to make sure that I had not only the right suit, but the right shirt, tie, and perfect fit.Great job!

Absolutely awful experience. Do not even bother with this place, I have no idea how this store is still open. 3 days before my wedding, they still didn't have my correct blazer size. DEBRA basically forced me to take home a blazer 2 sizes too small. I had to speak with head office before they did anything for me. Anytime I went there they were totally lost and completely disorganized. Why have staff when you can't delegate the work? I will never recommend this place, unless you want to get ripped off and be stressed out. *I had to give them a star rating to post, but ultimately they don't even deserve half a star.

Very professional and extremely helpful. Not.only do they know what to suggest, but also have knowledge on wedding dresses and the dos and don'ts of the wedding as a whole. I suggest this location to anyone.

Stars was an absolute disaster.. they did our grooms men’s suits and we had to hold there hand through the full process. I went in at least 3 times a month to make sure they were doing what I asked. Honestly, Stars was the only stress that I had at my wedding.. They didn’t order enough suits when I specifically told them how many I needed.. so I had to pick a whole new colour! The suits came in and all where wrong sizes. Blazers and pants to small on the groom!!! Ties were different colours! I go in to get the suits thinking they will be hemmed properly etc. Not a chance! We got them back and one of the suits still had chalk all over it. They didn’t even start to hem it... I was on them telling them to order my suits early so I wouldn’t have to stress about them and they tell me 7 months is lots of time! But got my order wrong then didn’t have enough time to order what I wanted. One of our groomsmen had to go back the evening before our wedding to get his suit fitted properly!! As it wasn’t done the right the first time. His tie colour was wrong. I spoke to the manager and complained.. he said he would get back to me and never did! I don’t ever complain... but this was a huge stress on me as a bride and I wouldn’t go back here for any wedding parties!

Murray was great! He took his time to help me pick out a great suite shirt and tie combo. Very pleasant knowledgeable friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Anyone looking for a suit go see Murray!

Took my son for a last minute suit.Staff was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and helpful.The person who assisted us, understood my son’s vision better than me.We left very satisfied.

I want to Thank Holly and Tino for there excellent service last night. They went above and beyond to help my son pick out his suit for Grad and they were awesome. I will be back
