I highly recommend Uma ukuleles from Playpromusic if you are in the market for one.Product: Solid & high quality build. The package was fairly well protected. Absolutely love my Uma Baby-T. I started playing uke since the pandemic so I am in no position to make critical comments. From a slightly advanced beginner's perspective, Baby-T just makes playing bar chords easier. I struggled a lot with my first beginner uke and Baby-T just rescued my fingers.A shout-out to their customer service. Communication has been a breeze. My uke was carefully packaged and delivered on time. Couldn't ask for more!

Customer service was top notched, and the ukuleles were high quality for decent prices. Sean, the store manager, was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. He spent 1.5 hours with me and my two small children, playing tunes on many different ukuleles, explaining the differences between them, sharing some playing tips and answering all my questions. We purchased a beautiful solid top ukulele for just over $100. It has such a bright and sweet tone, and the resonance and sustain are excellent. And we also bought the cutest little tuner, and were gifted a ukulele humidifier to keep our ukulele in well maintained. I am very happy with my purchase and shopping experience, and highly recommend this shop and the Uma brand.

Found this company through a friend. Got on their site and saw they have the cutest pineapple ukulele. Decided to give it a try and glad I did! The Bread Tree pineapple does not have only the look. The sound is amazing, extremely crisp and clean. I am so in love with my new uma pineapple......From order, ship upon receiving, it took less than a week. They package it well and very efficient with my order.

Got some trouble finding info on my ukulele and PlayPro Music staff has been more than helpful. I never had such amazing customer service! I receive my ukulele on time and wow what a beautiful uke. I bought from PlayPro a pineapple concert ukulele. Uma is the only brand I found to offer concert size pineapple uke and I am so happy about the quality of the product. And that not just the uke itself and also the cute cactus tuner. Thank you

ProPlay music... live up to their name...they are very professional...customer service was beyond exceptional...they were very patient, accommodating and thoughtful...best I have ever experienced... on line. I love my concert pineapple uke...and the case is wonderful as these are usually an extra item to buy. Sean has been super amazing and helpful! After knowing that I'm really new to the music world and completely ignorant about instruments, he is willing to spend the time to walk me through the differences of serval guitars and ukelele.Not only successfully picking up two ukelele (as presents for my nieces) from the studio, but also learn a lot about the ukelele instruments!Love this place and will come back again!
