Minimove Calgary - Small Move Specialists

The movers showed up on time and were very responsive to our moving requirements which involved several locations.

Movers had a too big / very oversized truck which led to time delays and problems at pickup site and the drop-off location. We lost at least an hour. We had to get vehicles at the pickup site moved so they could navigate backing in the driveway and had 10 times the distance to haul the belongings at the drop-off location because the truck was too big. On top of that my wife and I both in our 60's, helped the movers take the stuff to the storage unit because it was taking too long and 10 times the hauling distance. We hauled at least half of the load to our own storage unit.They need to pay attention to have the right size of truck for the job!We deliberately got their service because it was a very small move. (Not even a one bedroom or bachelor suite move requiring a SMALL BOX TRUCK NOT A 60 ft.)Very disappointed.Rhonda and Sean Ward
