It was such a lovely experience for me. I had a big haircut to do, with a lot less confidence - long hair chopped off to pixie. Julie did an amazing job, not only on my hair but also in reassuring me the change was worth it. Thanks for the emotional support & the great cut!

I wanted to take an appointment and girl keep said a.. a... a...Then she finally asked for my name i gave it she couldn't understand i start spelling my name for her she couldn't understand again a..a...a...So I was not even able to get an appointment very sad

Just bought a gift card, service was slow as they were not familiar with how to process it in the computer and had to call the manager for help but she apologized and all worked out in the end
