I can't believe the bad service they have. The lady's that work there can't even speak English and they have to call the owner on how to do things. So if you are not Punjab don't go there because they only like there own people.

I dont know the lady’s name who did our car insurance but i did my construction car insurance and mention “Specially NEEDED LOST AND STOLEN TOOLS COVERED” willing to pay extra too. She told me that she covered everything. Now my tools got stolen overnight for $600 and called icbc and got to know she didn’t put anything, now who gonna pay for my tools. Very bad customer services. They just focus on their sales and they dont tell their customer truth.

Worst service!! When I went all the ladies are knitting a sweater and gossiping. My car has been total loss so wanted to cancel the insurance and no one knew how to do it.. I wonder how they got a license to practice.

Very bad service they are not very experienced, they keep calling owner for things, even worse if your insuring commercial vehicle, never going there again.
