The restaurant is nice and the food is good! The quantity of the food doesn’t match the price though! Seating is bit uncomfortable for tall people. Overall 8/10

They really need to work on service part. Initially the naans were completely cold. And they bring the next food on table before cleaning up the previous i mean, they bring Main course before cleaning up startes empty plates and dessert before main course.And cost not worth for the taste

Worst Experience! Don’t go by the name!! There is nothing Jaipuri. Being Vegetarian there was nothing to eat. There were only 2-3 options for vegetarians and I wonder if they use separate oil to fry it.

The ambience of the restaurant was good but the service was really poor. We were the only table yet server seemed least intrested. The food was also average. The soya chap was under cooked, the aloo paratha has very less stuffing,paneer chilli was sweet. Really disappointed.

The person on phone was very rude. I called (Feb 27 at 7:30 pm) for a pickup order (butter chicken and shahi panner) and she said it will be ready in 10 minutes. I live approximately 30 minutes away from this restaurant, so within 5 minutes, I found another restaurant close to my house. And, so I called her back in 5 minutes to cancel my order. She said your order is already ready!! Like seriously how come you can make 2 main dishes in 5 minutes? It would have been prepared already, but their employee decided to talk back rudely to me that we only make fresh food! I told her politely that “Please I would like to cancel my order” and she had the audacity to disconnect my call in anger. Please train your employees properly. No way, I am going back to this restaurant ever again!(Also, what if I didn’t call back to cancel my order? This person really need to respect customers and appreciate that I called in 5 minutes to cancel the order).

We visited a Jaipur restaurant serving Indian food in Surrey last night. Warm greetings were received. The food was very delicious. Additionally, the service was excellent and very polite. The interior was really lovely. The next time, we'll go.

Ordered take-out and the flavour of food was average. The naans were under cooked and the butter chicken was not sweet and creamy as expected and had more of a tomato flavour profile.

Tandoori chaap is good to try!Pathetic service!!!Long wait time on a sunday.Server mentioned she was alone as well only one chef in kitchen. Better room for improvement!

We came here for the first time. The ambience is good. But food was okay. We ordered Jaipur pakora it is mixed veggie pakora. It was okay. Little soggy not crispy. Green chutney was not tasty. For main course we ordered bhindi masala and naan. Sabzi was good and Naan was also okay. Food is average.

Poor food quality and poor service.We went with our family, got our food late, and the food was served with a vegetable sticker still on the green pepper. I didn’t pay and asked the waitress to call the manager or owner over but she said that they were not there, but they were. I left without paying and left my phone number and told the server to tell the manager that when he is at the restaurant, to call me and then i would pay after talking to him. It has been 8 months and i have still not received that phone call.
