Can not say anything about doctors at this clinic because every single time I come walk in

I was treated as an inconvenience the moment I stepped into this clinic. I was kind even though the receptionist and doctor were not. The receptionist had asked me what my health concerns were and I told her I didn't want to say it (we are all entitled to our privacy) so I wrote it on a piece of paper and she read it out loud. Also would like to note that she was getting frustrated with me and others because we could not understand her English. No one was being rude to her though and I was being polite and doing my best to understand her. It's not our fault we can't understand your bad English.

My son broke his arm, went here (for the first time) as it was near my son's school and our home. Didn't know that they are on break??? and told to come back when they resume, didn't bother to look at me either. Receptionist(s) has no customer service training. Don't bother coming to this clinic. If I can give (-) negative score for this clinic I would.

Today I finally managed to get my doctor shy partner to come in and have his lungs checked. We were all set and the receptionist told him to go to Shoppers and buy a mask. Well that did it. He walked out and that was it. He wasn't going back in. Whatever happened to providing masks? Now I have to listen to him struggle to breathe and cough until vomiting occurs! Thanks for nothing!

Although receptionists are helpful and very welcoming, I would not recommend Dr. Yao as a physician. I went to see him after a week of terrible pain and symptoms, and after spending about 3 minutes talking to me, without any physical examination whatsoever, he prescribed antibiotics. These were ineffective, so a week later I called the clinic back and asked if I could follow up with him. The front desk encouraged me to come into the clinic ASAP and he would see me. I left immediately to go to the clinic as they recommended, and I showed up at 11:25, Dr. Yao refused to see me because they only accept walkins until 11:30 (which I was there before). So I left and called 811, and they informed me I should have been referred for a stool test. So I called the clinic back and asked for Dr. Yao to refer me for this, since his original treatment was ineffective. He refused to send in a referral, without any reason given. Seems to me like he’s only interested in seeing clients as quickly as possible, without properly doing his job whatsoever.

I had a great experience at Hampton Medical Clinic today! The receptionists were professional and polite, and Dr. Mohamed was great! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to walk in and see a doctor within an hour, which was very reasonable considering how busy it was

I am going to really miss my doctor when he leaves to Calgary, he is a professional, very good with patients and a happy demeanour.

Dr Lee is the kindest and most helpful doctor ive ever had. He goes over and above for his patients. I go as a walk in because they are not accepting new patients right now. But i never have to wait very long. One day i hope to be a patient of Dr Lee and have him be my entire family’s doctor. But just as a walk in this place is so excellent.

I love this clinic. The doctor has good manner, very professional and nice… I need A family doctor but I’m not sure if they have this option?

One of the best clinics i’ve been. I just met Dr. Mouhammed and totally happy with how he helped me. I would probably recommend this walk-in clinic.
