They took great care in wrapping my furniture and taking things out of my apartment without damaging the walls. I was on the third floor, and they still got done much earlier than expected. It's an excellent team to have working with you.

Hired these guys to do a move locally and they were amazing. The quote was under what we were estimated and everything was clearly explained to us. The staff in office was great to deal with. Mike answered all my questions and was able to accommodate 2 date changes due to the possession of our new house changing. The movers themselves were very hard working and protected all our belongings and took all our beds apart and set them up after a long day. No damage and great service thank you so much for the great moving experience.

A very minor accident occurred due to a poor parking job of this company, When I tried to get the insurance information from the truck driver he refused so I had to call 911, Dispatch then instructed me to take the picture i have of the license plate and go and report the collision on my own because they were refusing to do their part. Then the boss showed up as I was walking inside, to try and have the whole insurance discussion again after the time had already passed according to the dispatch. The event took an hour and a 1/2 when it really should have taken only 10 minutes. If he had provided the correct information at the time that it was necessary,. He then pretended that I tried to hit him with my car when he realized not showing insurance was a big deal, that is obviously not the situation that had just happened- the one the police are aware of happening. the company treated me extremely poorly and unprofessionally and all they had to do was show me a little piece of paper and we could have all moved on but now I will make it my mission that everyone knows this is how they do business.The comment that management made is another poor business practice, they know who I am. And they know what they did was wrong.I can attach the photos of the companies truck if they want to continue to deny this.

From the moment I picked up the phone to obtain a quote, the service was exceptional (thanks Natalie for the professional service).I chose the transport guys based on price and service, throughout the whole process that included going to my old house in Edmonton to bringing my belongings to my new place in Fort McMurray, the service was exceptional.The moving crew was professional, were extremely careful with belongings and the house, courteous and most important I was kept updated at every step of timing for pick up and drop off. Natalie followed up with a phone call right away regarding the service, and an invoice was provided to me immediately.150% recommend this company!

I can't speak HIGHLY enough about this company. We had a terrible experience with another company and the transport guys helped us with a huge and out of town move last minute. The crew they sent were amazing and efficient and so friendly and professional. Pricing was more than fair as well. You guys rock!

Excellent service from The Transport Guys! Urgently needed moving in short notice from close to High Level, AB and they were able to accommodate us to come 2 days later. As this was our first time having movers help, Mike and Natalie were very helpful with all our questions as well as the crew. They were very careful with handling our things and made sure that they were unloaded properly to our new location. Definitely was worth it! Would surely consider them again in the future! Thanks!!!

The three young men who moved us were amazing. They arrived on time and were very respectful of our home. They had all the equipment they needed to do the job quickly and efficiently. They were polite and open to our needs. When they reached our new home, they were quick and efficient as well. They certainly knew what they were doing. All of our belongings were treated gently and with care. The administrative support from the office was excellent. Thank you Natalie, Zac, Justin and Eric for a job superbly done!

Best moving experience we have never hired a company to move us and I'm glad we hired these guys. They moved 25 years of furniture from our acreage to our new home on time and with no damage. Highly recommended
