MINI Kelowna

Jeni green was super communicative, detailed, then the service was excellent for pick up and it drives like a dream again. Didn’t overcharge us and I would definitely recommend them

So I decided to start looking for a mini again. I have shopped online for ever. I decided to go to our local dealer in Kelowna. There I started talking to Gustavo Godeghesi I have to admit I would rather shop online then at a dealership. But Gustavo was fantastic. Made me feel welcome and very easy going. He new everything about the cars I was looking at. Very knowledgeable about the product line. We ended up purchasing a mini clubman cooper S All 4.Gustavo went over and above to find us the car we wanted. I would like to tell everybody if you are looking at a mini in Kelowna please go see Gustavo you will enjoy the process of buying from Kelowna mini and Gustavo.

Excellent experience with Mini Kelowna. Wife and I dealt with Gustavo, and his team. We found the perfect vehicle, and was treated with a fair trade in value, something other places tend to not do. They also gave our 2yr old son crayons and colouring books with his little meltdown he had on the showroom floor! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Very professional.

These guys are amazing. We were visiting from Vancouver with family and our countryman got a flat on Saturday afternoon. By the time we got to the dealership everything else was closed. They pulled out all the stops, called around and when there was noone else they managed to source someone. They found a tyre (it's an older model mini) for us and gave it to us for a discount. All the while they made sure we were comfortable and looked after. It really took us out of a pickle as we had to drive back to Vancouver on Sunday.They did everything in their power to help. Very impressive service, we would highly recommend.

I was in Kelowna visiting and decided to look at new cars as it was time to get a new one. Coleman was my sales person and he was very helpful, accommodating, and honest. I also did not feel pressured at all. Despite needing a quick turnaround on a car as I was leaving soon, he made it work and within less than 48 hours, I had a new car. It was a painless experience and his customer service continued even after I paid. My father joined me to give his opinions and even he was impressed with Coleman's service. Everyone else we interacted with was also great.Upgraded from my first car I had since 2014 to this beauty and it's been a joy :)

My husband and I purchased a 5 door Mini Cooper S this past weekend and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! Lawrence was extremely accomodating as we test drove a few different models and answered all of our questions. It was really nice to buy a car without a high pressure salesperson breathing down our necks! David was great about sitting down with us and going through all the costs associated with the car and Garrett walked us through the financing process quickly and efficiently. They all bent over backwards so that we could take the car home the same day as we are from out of town. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!
