Poor service. Screen protector was defected and they refused to provide immediate refund then made attempts to gaslight and lie and say that all screen protectors would have a circle underneath the screen that allowed the biometrics to be picked up by the fingerprint.

Not the greatest customer service, on their phones most of the time. Took way longer than they said. Broke my home button, couldn’t fix it and still charged me almost $100.(my iphone is a 7 also keep that in mind) Screen not put on correctly, blue mark on it along with what looks like a smaller screen around the edges…if i knew it was going to turn out like this i never would’ve went nor would i have wasted my money. I wasn’t too upset about the home button it was just more so all the other things that added together after that now makes me upset that i spent so much money on it.

DO NOT GO HERE! Came for a screen repair ! & they completely fried my mother board. If you touch ANYTHING you aren’t supposed to or get oils from your fingers it will completely fry your motherboard. Do not recommend!Klink Mobile is much safer & everyone is certified & you pay almost the same price. They were happy to try to troubleshoot everything which led to us finding out that Future Tech had fried my motherboard.Unfortunate we had to learn the hard way.
