Pressed my 3 roll 2 jacket lapel into a crisp 90’s 3 button the day before my wedding. Once the lapel is creased like that it’s very difficult to get the shape back, I did the best I could with an iron, but not something I’d recommend.

I dropped off items here once and they were returned clean and with nothing wrong, which meant the service they offer is effective. However, the friendliness was a bit lacking and, while no one was rude or anything, I didn't get a very welcoming feel. Their services are fairly expensive (triple digits for three items) but they did what they promised. Overall, no complaints but also nothing that stands out to me in any way. A resounding middle of the road review.

We were visiting our daughter who lives within two blocks. Walked to the business, dropped off a very tired looking duvet, that was in dire need of cleaning. We picked it up two day later and it looks, amazing, and without any chemical smells. A great cleaner to do business with, and we will tell two friends" as it were. CUDOS!!"

Quick, efficient, cordial, affordable, and environmentally friendly. Staff answered some questions about the material on my shorts honestly and politely. I won’t be going anywhere else for my dry-cleaning needs.

I have had great experiences with WetCleaner so far. The pick-up and drop-off of my down duvets was on time and the delivery person was friendly, and the staff went above and beyond when I had a rush order and delivered it to my house as soon as it was done. Excellent service!

We moved to Victoria last September. We live aboard our classic wooden vessel and while I have a small washer and dryer, it doesn't do well with big loads.WetCleaner is the best service for the money. Nice folks work there, owner is a lovely lady and we get what we paid for.Cleaned and neatly folded and no unwanted scents that most paid laundry places seem to use.I've been very pleased and as a matter of fact just dropped all our heavy bedding off today.Give it a try. You're going to be amazed!

I've had wool duvets and a velvet scarf cleaned here. They do excellent work and the staff is cordial. I also choose them because of the lower impact on the environment.

I was in need of a suit dry cleaned for my dads funeral on really short notice, one for myself and one for my father’s celebration of life. The owner not only got it ready for pick up the next morning, but she also refused to charge me for my fathers suit and had a heart to heart conversation with me about my father. Dry cleaning businesses are a dime a dozen but good hearted people are hard to find. This business has my support always.Thank you to the amazing owner and staff.
