My work office needed 2 extra keys and asked me to get a duplicate on my way to work. So, I went to Action Security Locksmith as this was near me and I could drop by on my way before going to work.The place was clean, and their staffs were friendly and professional. The service was very quick that I have been in and out of the place for about less than 15 minutes.Davis was the one who helped me. He was very polite and knowledgeable of his craft. Thank you for your help and very efficient work!

I would not recommend this place. After confirming the parts that I needed over the phone and driving an hour and a half to the store they decided that they haven’t carried the part I needed for over five years. Basically lied on the phone in order to get me to come in.

I tried to book an appt with Lock Surgeon, but the receptionist was so rude I moved on and found Action Security. Not only were they super amazing to deal with, they were way less expensive. Thanks to Susan & Wolfgang for going above and beyond to make my experience so awesome that I felt compelled to write a review, which I don't normally do. I definitely recommend Action Security!
