Have been tested there a few times with no issues. BUT the last time they gave me 2 INCOMPLETE RAPID TEST KITS (missing test tube, test tube rack, and sterile swab). I call the hospital to kindly let the know they are handing out incomplete test kits and they tell me to call Fraser Health; in the end, they both just point the finger at each other. I call the site and nobody is answering the phone. I wonder how many people like me, pick a test up, drive home, to find out the kit is incomplete. Very frustrating.

I was in and out within 10 mins. The staff was extremely friendly. They didn't answer their phones when I tried to call but I imagine they're pretty busy all day with tests.

When I arrived, parked close to front door. In 10 minutes I was back in my carSlight discomfort for 5 sec while probing my sinus through my nose.So much better than advertised by Google comments.

Typical - I got there at 3:55 which is the earliest I can get there and they wouldn’t let me in because they close at 4… all just wanted to go home I guess.

Website said appointment wasn't necessary. Woman at location said they were closed to walk-ins and refused me the test, told me I had to understand that they were overwhelmed by demand." I was literally the ONLY person there."
