Made an appointment with this company to come and give us a 'free' quote to re-insulate our home. We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on a particular day but nobody showed up. I called and spoke to a lady who directed my call to 'Hughy' who said he'd look into it and promised to call me back within an hour but he never called back.For the next several days I called and asked the same receptionist why I wasn't hearing from anyone ... I got redirected to Hughy's voice mail where I left several messages but No call back ensued therefore I don't have a great opinion of this business. If you're too busy to call back and/or let a potential customer know the situation and/or apologize for waisting their time, then you're too busy for others to bother calling to do business with you!

This company schedules appointments and then forgets about them and when reschedule cancel the appointment the day before even though it has been confirmed because it does not fit in" with their timetables. If you phone them and leave a message you will never receive a call back. Go to any other company but this one if you need insulation. These people are utterly unprofessional in every way."

End job was pleasing and professional. Price was reasonable. It didn't happen in the following 2 weeks as it was promised at the time of the consultation. It took place a month after. I have before and after pictures. I found the company via Costco. I would recommend this company anybody, who prefers attic insulation is being professionally done. Overall experience was pleasant.

Edit: Upfront service is great and installation very professional. But sadly I did this renovation as part of the GreenOn program and this company said they would submit for the $100 Air sealing rebate. This was not done and so I’m out an extra $100. Buyer beware!Had my townhouse attic insulation topped up today from ~r35 to r60. Taking dvantage of a GreenOn rebate in the process greatly reducing the cost. Chris and Jordan the installers were great, cleaned up the room with attic access and left it like they were never here. Also showed me before and after photos to show the increase of insulation using rulers that are now installed in the attic in every corner.All around great service.

this company is a complete joke, DO NOT EVEN GET A QUOTE. had a man by the name of derek come and quote me, told me he could start instantly once I got his price I noticed it was a good price he then started telling me he forgot he had other people lined up before me and he would have to start in 2 weeks which I found unacceptable but agreed to. when the 2 weeks was up the excuses started with not enough man power and trucks are broken... pathetic... he then tells me after 3 weeks of waiting he thinks he should give me my deposit back because he doesn't know when he can show up. Dereks problem is he obviously thinks the people he deals with are stupid but in reality he cant measure square footage properly and made a mistake on his quote and was never man enough to own up to it.... just strung me along and costed me time and money.. save yourselves LOTS of headaches and don't give these people the time of day.

Jessie from Comfort Insulation came to my house to evaluate my attic. He was very professional and courteous. He broke down all the issues with my current insulation and made it very clear what he would do to resolve those issues. He also gave me a very fair price.On the day of the insulation install Jessie and his partner Travis took the time to explain to me again what they would be doing. They encouraged me to ask questions and explained each step of the process before they started. They took great care to be as neat as possible and cleaned up everything after they were done.Jessie and Travis were both very personable and professional. They did a great job.

Best insulation company in town! Can't go wrong here.
