I would give zero stars if it were an option. Our “tax professional” Jody was rude and condescending when we asked for clarification on some things she was telling us. We were then told we owed them $500 for a mistake THEY made the previous year ( forgetting to type a number in a box ) lol place is a joke. Do yourself a favour and find actual tax professionals to do your taxes. We won’t be going back.

I've had trouble in the past with other tax filing services, but this H&R has always been attentive, professional and friendly. I always recommend them.

Made an appointment was there on time and during my visit the H&R Block employees were were kind. They had great customer service and very respectful. Service with a smile is always nice and everyone was kind and explained everything clearly with understanding. If you hire H & R Block to do your taxes your won't regret it. Very Perfessonal people and place to go. One lady was very kind and I probably would take her home if I could she was very nice and served me with respect and kindness. Thank You H & R Block...

Complete rip off. Do yourself a favor and go get your taxes done by someone who runs their own buisiness locally.. these guys are money hungry.

My initial experience was good. Drop off the taxes, pick them up, one and done. However 2 years later I am having nothing but issues with being re-assessed because documents didn't make it to the government, improper numbers were submitted and I am unable to talk with the lady who did my taxes in 2020 because she no longer serves there as an accountant. So the money I paid for them to contact the CRA on my behalf was wasted because they tell me the lady no longer is there. The second time I got a letter was to ask for my T4s to be submitted as my CPP didn't match what was entered because no T4s were sent with my numbers... Very disappointed and will not be using this tax service again as its been nothing but headaches since 2020. Why did I pay you if my documents weren't going to be submitted and filed properly. Lesson learned I guess!

Great place makes taxes easy, a little pricey now but still an enjoyable experience, tax professional was great and the front desk person was very nice and helpful.

Scam!!! They over charge us with stupid fee's and it should be a flat rate for people on odsp, what a stupid joke, get turbo tax and save yourself money!

I was able to get in and out quick with an appointment for drop off, and my return was finished same day! I was very happy with my experience.
