We just went through some intensive leadership training with Vivo and have seen some visible and effective results. The team really came together to learn how to be better leaders and I am seeing it in every meeting with those leaders.

My favourite part of the Vivo Team Training was the connection it offered amongst all of the different teams. It encouraged positive communication inside the training tutorials but also provided the groundwork for the narrative to continue outside the sessions. This rapport opened up communication lines amongst peers who would otherwise not necessarily work together or communicate. Getting to know each on a deeper more open level created a healthier and happier work environment which lead to further team engagement - personally and professionally.Additionally, I also really enjoyed the Feedback and Feedforward self-assessment. It really helped me understand 'myself' at a greater level. Knowing that my Public Self is willing to self disclose and gives feedback and feedforward effectively is a point of pride and something I want to improve further. This awareness only encourages me to learn more about myself and what others need in order to truly hear you.

this is a good program that allows your management team to learn new skills and apply them together. there are separate sessions for a more direct connection where you can have more time with an instructor.
