AMAZING customer service. Response time is incredible and product was ready by the next day. I requested a CanadaPost lettermail sizing tool for my small business. I have been using the tool everyday and the quality is fantastic! Will come back for any other 3D printing needs!!!

Deci3D replied swiftly and overdelivered.They walked me through 3D printing in a detailed manner, taking time to explain the differences in materials, printing process, and best practices for using the parts.Their pricing was very competitive which surprised me as I always thought it would cost at least $25-40 before material costs. I was quoted less than a quarter of that.The folks that run this seemed very passionate. Given the opportunity, I'll be giving them my business again.

Very reliable and professional service in local Vancouver. As a part of research team, we had been ordering 3d printing services from the US with much higher prices and leadtime, but we completely switched to Deci3D for our printing now!

This was my first time ordering a 3D printed part. Nate did an amazing job helping me through the process. Their prices are very fair, production is quick, and the pick up is easy. Sent them my file and it looked better than I imagined, very precise as well. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future!
