I found RF appliances to be very honest in repair estimate. When the part replaced did not seem to fix our fridge they had no problem returning to take the part out and refund the cost of it. They could offer to make very expensive repairs but I appreciate the fact that they said it may smarter to replace our appliance.

The woman I spoke with to book the appointment was very professional, courteous and helpful. The Technician (Denis) was wonderful. He explained the situation after inspecting my dryer and confirmed the parts I wanted replaced. The entire appointment took less than 45 minutes. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely co tact RF Appliance in the future.

Extremely Disappointing Service from RF Appliance - Rude Technician and Ineffective RepairsI feel compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience with RF Appliance service. The technician's visit to my home for dishwasher repairs was nothing short of a nightmare. Their service and conduct were completely unacceptable.Not only did the technician fail to fix the issue with my KitchenAid dishwasher after multiple visits, but their attitude and rudeness towards me and my family were truly appalling. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they had no interest in providing professional and courteous service.During each visit, the technician provided a limited five-hour window on weekdays, forcing me to rearrange my work schedule and take time off to accommodate their presence. However, their lack of respect and disregard for punctuality further added to the frustration and inconvenience we experienced.To make matters worse, the technician's inability to diagnose and repair the dishwasher effectively has left me questioning their competence and expertise. With each visit, they claimed that a new part was needed, resulting in a wait time of two to three weeks. Yet, even after several months of this tiresome cycle, the dishwasher remains non-functional.I cannot express how disheartening it is to deal with a service provider that not only fails to fulfill their responsibilities but also treats customers with such disrespect. Their behavior was unprofessional, and their lack of empathy towards the inconvenience caused to my family was truly disconcerting.I strongly advise against using RF Appliance for any repair needs. Their incompetence, combined with the rude and unprofessional behavior of their technician, has left a lasting negative impression. Customers deserve reliable and respectful service, neither of which was provided during my interactions with RF Appliance.In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from engaging RF Appliance for their appliance repair needs. Seek out a reputable service provider that values customer satisfaction and professionalism. RF Appliance has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, and I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid their services.

Wow! Dennis came in. Did a miracle. And left. No, really, he was so knowledgeable, explained why it was happening and fixed it. Ba Boom! Great work! Such knowledge! Polite as all get out (we are Canadian, after all. :)). Courteous. Respectful. Patient. Understanding. You guys are the best!

Paid $150 for a technician to come. He watched my washer intermittently not work and looked confused. He performed no tests, took no measurements, did not enter service mode or read the error codes.After his observational period he told me I needed all the most expensive parts replaced but I shouldn't do it because they only offer 90 days warranty; just buy a new machine.Still no closer to knowing why it isn't working.Scheduling department was good.

Denis, one of their service men came over to repair my new LG fridge. He was the best, very considerate, great guy to talk to, and very knowledgeable on what he does. I purchased this fridge new and had a problem with one of the French doors slamming which is supposed to have a slow close feature. Called the warranty department and talked to the rudest guy ever, telling me that it was the people who delivered this caused the problem. After arguing for 5 minutes he finally said he would send a repair man out only if I agreed to pay the bill if it was the delivery peoples fault. I paid a lot for this fridge to purchase and deliver. I did not hire the people to deliver it. Denis showed me the problem and the factory forgot to put the slow close part on the door. I seriously think these Lg people should hire Denis to teach them manners and how appliances work so there not so ignorant.

Our warranty work on our Samsung ice maker was done super efficiently. Our service tech was on time to a minute which was great. He was fast, friendly and did a great job. Inquired about pertinent information about the ice maker and replaced, fixed our issue. They will be recommended for repairs for anyone I know or inquiring . Thank you !

Our experience with RF appliance was exceptional. After the warranty call was placed, RF appliance read the comments regarding our issue and brought out a part that was likely to address the problem. Cris the technician was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The experience exceeded expectations. This is a quality company with exceptional people. The initial contact was also prompt and courteous.

Dennis has been to our home a few times, working on both the cooktop and dishwasher. He’s very friendly, knowledgeable and has gotten us back to working order every time. I would call RF and Dennis whenever I have an appliance issue.
