When I went there I totaly was sure that they couldn't fit my weird feet. I have been abandonned at many shoe stores because nothing seemed to fit. Sandy and Jo said you will not leave without something. They found a boot for me. I had to leave the pair for a week to be stretched and I was sure that it wouldn't make a difference but surprise. The boots fit super nicely. I just walked 3 km with them on and they were like an old slipper. IN A GOOD WAY! Sandy and Jo. Nice selection too. Buy the boot remover, such a great purchase and totaly worth it. Super happy customer!

Sandy and her staff were incredible in helping me choose a new pair of boots. Her knowledge is quite impressive and she sure knows her product! Awesome selection and a huge amount of stock not only for boots but cowboy hats and other western gear. Would highly recommend and will certainly be going back!

Dropped off a pair of boots for repairing and was given a completely different pair of boots, of a lower quality, that were not mine.

This store is amazing! They have a HUGE selection of boots that you cannot find anywhere else. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and experts in their field. I highly recommend it.

Purchased a hat for outdoor work and received excellent customer service from Sandy's husband. Was not pressured into the sale. Thought the hat price was a little higher than it should be but purchased anyways as they were very helpful and I wanted to support local.Looked online a few weeks later; I overpaid by over twice the value of the item. A lot of the other reviews mention the retailer not marking the prices appropriately and I found this to be more than true. While they have a great selection, you're better off knowing your size and buying online - at least you'll get the item at close to it's actual retail price and you can use a credit card without them judging you because it's more expensive to process""

After a horrible experience at an other well known saddlery in Ottawa we decided to visit Sandy’s. Sandy is amazing, so much stock and she REALLY knows her stuff. Great job Sandy (over 20 years in business).

Bought a pair of coveralls in store, the ones hanging on display were the wildwood model (zipper front, cinched waist), Sandy said she had those in my size. Grabbed a pair that were in a bag and I asked her if they were for sure that exact model and pointed out the zipper front and cinched waist, she confirmed yes that is them. Paid $300, got home and realized they were in fact a different model that is $160. This could have been an honest mistake, so I went back to the store. She was degrading saying she could have sold these to someone else this morning and I should just keep them. Then charged me a 30% restocking fee (over $80) to return something that was HER mistake. Absolutely insane that I had to pay $80 for her mistake and had to receive all that attitude.

Was my first time shopping here and was very interested in getting a pair of western boots. The ladies and gentlemen that worked there were extremely helpful! They were able to find me a really beautiful pair of boots and were very knowledgeable about how to take care of them and how they are supposed to be fitted. I highly recommend going to shop here especially since they have a wide selection of different boots and more compared to other locations nearby. I will definitely be going back in the future!
