My partner and I came in today to buy rollerblades, and the associate helping us was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, friendly and really took his time making sure we got a proper fit. A+ service today, wish we asked his name for recognition!

Bought a used driver. It snapped within the first few uses. Wouldn't refund insisted I take store credit. Why anyone would want store credit for a store they no longer wish to use is beyond me. Awful policy regarding faulty products. Asked for the owners information the mgmt on duty just handed me their own card. Won't be buying anything from them again after 20+ years of shopping with play it again.Buyer beware

I was given a store credits for a bran new halmet that didnt fit and because i was over 14 days they would not give me my cash. Now i have had this credit for almost 2 years and will expire. I cannot find anything i need in the store therfore cannot use it. They will not give me my cash back said woukd have to resell the item back and get less if i wanted money back or purchase something with credit. This is a horrible way to do business and treat a customer! I will defently not be buying from this store again! Terrible serivce!

Everyone was nice and helpful but the returning policy is horrible. I bought a pair of new skates for 149$ and tried it for 10 minutes on the same day I bought them, without causing any type of damage. However, I felt too much pain in my toes and that was not sth that I could feel when I tried them at store. So, based on the returning policy I had 15 days to return them and get fully refunded as long as they are in the same condition. I cleaned them put them in the original box and tried to return them after 2 days. When I went back to store they said that they are able to only return me 30$ in cash or 50$ store credit which is not even 20% of what I paid!!!! AND they explained because they were used they can't sell them as new which was somehow understandable.But they put a label on the skate box to sell them as used item for 109$ which was NOT ok at all. How could it make sense to give me back 30$ for an item costing me 149$ and was returned with no damage in perfect condition so that they can easily sell it for 109$!!!!! Will never ever buy from this store or try to sell a used item through this store. When they give you almost nothing for an item in perfect condition which was bought from their store" and was used only once

I cannot say enough great things about this store. The service was awesome. Their expertise was exceptional. AND the price was exceptionally fair. People please shop there for your sporting needs. They deserve your business. You will not be disappointed.
