I have been buying from this company for 2 years now and travel 5 hours to come and get my items. The staff is friendly and courteous and always give me the time I need to look around the warehouse. They are fair and willing to accommodate. They communicate very quickly and stay in touch. I’m always notified when my favourite pallets come in. A relationship 20 plus year strong. I have been working with VDC on and off over those years. The great service and respect I received then is even better today. With the addition of everything online and the ability to view the loads before you buy is amazing. Always very fast responses and solution to any demands. I am always looking forward to the next time I get to buy a load from VDC. Truely is like Christmas every order. Rob has been my guy for all of my orders and I can't say enough. He goes out of his way to make sure all is fair and agreeable. He wants nothing more that for you to make tons of money with your order. Call Rob now and buy something quick before it's gone.

Not good. Cherry picking is a mild term. They actually take all the good stuff out and sell it separately. They go through everything and take out all the good stuff, unless you pay a high price, you won’t even get your money back by selling what you bought from them. As usual they rip off the little guy. Shame.

We have been dealing with Rob and the VDC Team now for several months. As a first time buyer, Rob took the time to walk us around and discuss different pallets with us. He encouraged us to 'Find our Niche' and try different pallets from various vendors. We did, we have and we continue to buy thanks to Daily sales, support from VDC staff and of course, A little luck.
