Needed balloons in a hurry and a quick internet search sent me to Richard's. What great service. Top pick for balloons !!! The price was competitive/better than big stores and everything is customizable. Jim and Richard are so passionate about their business i am already making a list of events they can help with. They order balloons on Wednesdays so if u have a unique request keep that in mind. They have costumes, themed decor, catering, chairs, tables, linens... amazing.
