If you are looking for professional, quality work from a body shop with integrity look no further. I was fortunate to stop by to get an estimate on my front bumper after it received some minor damage along with the plastic gravel deflector on the undercarriage. Other shops had insisted I needed to replace the entire bumper and quoted me anywhere from $1,400 - $1,600.After a friendly chat with Jerry (assistant manager) he brought the car into the shop and onto the hoist to take a look. A short time later he came back out and I said 'so how bad is it'? He just smiled and pointed to the bumper which looked as good as new. He didn't even charge me for this. When I offered to remunerate him for his troubles he just smiled and politely declined any payment.It is nice to see a professional establishment who does excellent work and are friendly and honest in their craft. I will certainly be taking my car back for detailing - and if I need any additional body work in the future I will no doubt return.Thanks again Jerry and CSN Lou's - you are a class act!

Great experience at CSN Lou’s auto the other day. Locked my keys in my car and Steven was able to help out. Luckily I wasn’t too far away but boy that would’ve been a way to spend an morning trying to figure out how to get back in. They were also cautious to make sure that it was my car (!) by making sure I had my registration and license to verify that it was indeed my car. Pure class. Thanks gang.

If I could only do more than 5 stars. So I will add 5 more here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Epic job done on our van. I added before and after photos. I only wish I would have got a before and after job on the interior. It was a litte dirty on the inside. I climbed in a new van when I picked it up. I received excellent service while my vehicle was getting repaired . I received up to date timeframes of my repairs as well as a service vehicle to use until my vehicle was 100% completed. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a detailed clean inside and out vehicle when the repairs were done Lou's even touched up a couple road chips on my hood and rear bumper complimentary. I greatly appreciated this. Thank you!!

Took my vehicle here for body repairs from a collision, they did such a wonderful job. the team were very friendly and helpful, Jerry was amazing and very professional, my car looks like brand new now, i will definitely be recommending Lous to everyone, especially people who are looking for quality body work.

This is the best autobody place in Calgary. Lou's staff are professional and courteous, and Steve the owner is knowledgeable and listens to his customers concerns and questions. I had hail damage to my 2016 F150 and I took it to Lou's for work. The receptionist is super friendly and they also have complimentary hand sanitizer when you first walk into the office. After a few weeks my truck was fixed and it looks better then before the hail damage. Steve knows his vehicles and this is a shop that does things right and doesn't try to cut corners like other shops. The vehicle is detailed before they give it back to you which is great service. Lou's will deal with the insurance company for you if there are unexpected finds or adjustments. I am thoroughly impressed and wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I have been to many body shops in Calgary and I can say Steve and Jerry run the best body shop in all of Calgary. Taking your car to a body shop is usually never a fun thing to do, Jerry makes it as painless as possible. He answered all of my questions the whole time I was there and even afterhours via text. They offered to pick me up and organized rental cars for me. The techs did an amazing job repairing my car quickly and efficiently.
