We met friends for dinner on a Friday night. Our server Dana was awesome! Very friendly and recommended some great selections off the menu. Drinks came quickly and the food arrived hot and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Excellent (jumbo) chicken wings! Can get very busy here on a Friday night. Best to call ahead. Friendly staff and laidback atmosphere. Excellent selection of local and craft beer. Sandwiches are great! Cheese stretch game is strong!

This is our third and last trip here. Usually come with out of town friends. The food had generally been okay and the service was usually great. The ambience also great. This time the food was almost not edible, the service was extremely slow - over 40 minutes for food; and 10 minutes for drink order - and they were not that busy - (my sister waited anther 10 minutes for the perch while three of us were already eating). The waitress was miserable, abrupt and surly from the very first moment she came to the table. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

Takeout order took a while past the estimated time. garlic bread & cheese was ok, burgers and fries were overdone, onion rings very oily, steak was good, fish was good, avoid the chowder, mac & cheese was plain pasta with shredded cheese on top and a bit of a sauce (not creamy at all). Really cute homey decor.

My wife and I went for dinner. The place was packed. So was everywhere else due to being the Canada Day long weekend.We went in with low expectations nosing how busy they were. To our surprise we were seated quickly and the waiter had our drinks out in no time.We were happy to see that there was live entertainment for the evening. A guitar duet that was quite good.We were starved so ordered the muscles and potato skins. Again out quick, and they were tasty.Ordered steaks for our entre.They took a bit longer but cooked well.The evening was great. Lots of fun and good music. I highly recommend for a fun evening. Two thumbs up.

Went there on Saturday when we arrived. Ordered a bunch of stuff, including 20 wings medium. I was shocked, and thought it was a “one-off” that they were so good. Went back on Sunday with my bother, also originally from Buffalo, and ordered 30. NO JOKE… DYNAMITE. YOU COULD PUT THESE UP AGAINST ANYTHING IN BUFFALO. I’m still in shock but so good I wanted everyone to know.

I am so furious and disappointed with the service at this restaurant, which has proven to be a disaster for the second time. The first time I asked about a drink, the waitress gave me this sarcastic response, like I was supposed to know everything about their menu. And to make things even worse, we specifically asked for non-spicy wings, but what did we get? Spicy wings! I mean, seriously? We let it slide that time, thinking it wasn't a big deal.But then, we decided to give this place another chance. We went there, ordered our food and drinks, and while the drinks came pretty quickly, we ended up waiting an hour with no sign of our food. And the place wasn't even packed! When we finally went up to the host to ask what was going on, she just brushed us off like it wasn't her problem and said that asking wouldn't make a difference. She didn't bother giving us any updates either. So, we turned to the waitress, and guess what? She just casually admitted that she forgot to send in our food order. Can you believe it? An entire hour passed, and she didn't even realize that something was wrong when she's supposed to be taking care of our table.The waitress just nonchalantly owned up to her mistake, saying she forgot to hit the send button. Like, seriously? Such carelessness and lack of empathy. It's like they see us as some unimportant beings or something. It's so disappointing because everyone else in Crystal Beach is so friendly and nice. The complete disregard for customer service and basic competence is absolutely mind-boggling.Now, I want to make it clear that I understand the owner might not be directly responsible for this terrible service. It's just unfortunate that despite the potential for good food, the whole dining experience is ruined by the consistently awful service. Sure, the food might have some good points, but it's all overshadowed by the complete lack of attention, professionalism, and accountability from the staff. It's just disappointing.

Honestly, I can understand a busy server, but even then, it took 15min to get acknowledged and provided water by a server after being seated. My friends and I ordered chips and dip to start, and we were provided stale chips. Then, we ordered pizza and wings, to which they made our pizza incorrectly and had to make a new one. The pizza was awful. A 10 year old could have made a better pizza. The wings were pretty good though.Cheap cheese, cheap chips and the brownie dessert was probably made from a box mix. Not worth the poor service and food in my opinion.

Had lunch here today and everything was perfect. There were 3 of us and each meal was fantastic. Kelly was our server and she was outstanding, friendly, quick and attentive, great work!

Great little spot with a friendly , inviting atmosphere. Decent prices and fresh, delicious ingredients. The Philly cheese steak wrap has become one of my favourite meals anywhere, ANYWHERE! Their wings are great, fish is awesome and beer selection is great as well. Not to mention it’s right on the strip in Crystal beach . Definitely become a favourite in our house and many others I’ve introduced to their food , etc.
