Well, another failed attempt to get a correct order from this MacDonald’s location. So far, they’re batting 1000. Cold fries, root beer instead of coke, onions and cheese when specifically asked to exclude both, wrong sauce with chicken orders, wrong burger…the list is endless. Today, I asked for more sauce because one is not enough for 10 nuggets. She actually said no! Unbelievable. It’s not like I walked in off the street and asked for a free sauce. I spent my hard earned money to eat here. Let’s add horrible customer service to our list.It’s a game now. Can they actually ever get it right? Who cares. We’re hostages. It’s the only McDo for 50+ km.

Majority of the time they get the orders wrong, been ignored for 20 straight minutes while waiting to pay for an order before giving up. Overall just garbage.

Food is typical as I haven’t had this location mess up my orders but I had gone inside after the renovation for a quick snack and am disgusted at the cleanliness in the restaurant. Dirty floors, receipts thrown about, every table is covered in crumbs and garbage. Overall is a bad first experience.

After the renovation, you are now greeted by a wall! I ordered a coffee and it took what felt like 10 minutes to get it. Not a good set up.

I wish I could give this McDonald's a better rating because my granddaughter loves going here however, it has been so long since we have been able to actually go into the restaurant itself that I can't. This restaurant has been undergoing renovations for months so there is only drive-through service available currently. I can't give a 4 or 5 star rating of a restaurant that is unavailable for indoor seating.

This place is useless not one person speaks English they never ever get my dam order right. This has got to be the 4th time I ordered snack wraps and got grilled wraps not to add when they put my food in the bag every single time the put my fries in the bag sideways and then they are dumped out in the bag. All those renovations to the place but still can't do there dam job

Way too many MacDonald’s show up in my review timeline while I’m on this road trip. I guess that kind of proves something though. Almost always clean, bright, friendly. Among my favorites for morning coffee. This place is well in line with the expected standard.
