Otto is the best! I needed someone right away to help fix a water heater leak and Otto showed up the same day. He took his time, explained to me the issue and helped resolve it on the spot. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and I would highly recommend his services!

Super happy with our experience. Our furnace stopped working. They were at my house within 30 minutes of calling (on a Sunday). Mario was fast, thorough and genuine. I highly recommend!

Our AC stopped working the day before we were about to have a housewarming party at our new house, so we needed service quickly. Otto and his team came in and installed a brand new furnace and A/C unit, they were on time, professional kept me informed the whole time about how the installation was going and explained everything to me when they were all finished

I have used Otto and his team for multiple jobs around the house. When we first bought our house 3 years ago we needed some serious help, here is some of jobs he did for us and 3 years later it is all working perfectly, they relocated my AC to wall a mounted unit, relocate water softener and hot water tank, hot water tank replacement and upgrade(best price I could find for the unit I wanted), gas line install for my new gas top stove and relocate the line, BBQ hook up for gas line, closed off my old dryer gas line for safety purposes. He also installed a nest system for us, everyone needs to have a NEST digital system. I highly suggest these guys, the time they took for install was an amazing turn around time. They are local for me so I use them for everything related.

Otto was amazing. He showed up on time, was super friendly, took his time, inspected and cleaned my furnace and humidifier, replaced filters, did a test on my furnace and AC unit. He also replaced an old thermostat that I hated with a nice one, (which wasn't even part of the original service call, I asked him about it on a whim). He came back the next day (on a stat holiday!) to install a gas line for my barbecue and even painted the pipes so they looked fresh and clean. While he was here he also repaired a bathroom vent that had been making noise and driving me crazy, and which 2 other people tried to fix and couldn't (and this wasn't even part of his job). I would 100% recommend him for any HVAC job, and when my furnace or AC needs replacing he is the one I will call. The thorough inspection gave me peace of mind, as the house I bought recently did not have the newest of equipment. His prices are also very reasonable, especially given the amount of time spent, and his attention to detail.

Have to say, probably the easiest service call I have ever had. The igniter on my furnace died, called Otto and within 20 minutes, he was at my house. He confirmed my issue and replaced the part on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable and competitive, overall some of the best service I have received. Will use again!
