They managed to get me set up with my first ever CPAP machine on extremely short notice, just over a week before I left the country, so that I could take it with me.

Rupal and the SMG team provided great service. Rupal took the time to understand I initially needed to replace my previous machine that had stopped working. The first company I contacted told me if I didn't go with a full package of addon items I would be put on a wait list. SMG provided a loaner until my new machine arrived. Rupal was in touch with the sleep clinic to ensure the machines were ordered and configured correctly. I will be using SMG for all future addon items and CPAP needs. This place is absolutely wonderful! They are thorough, encouraging and great at what they do. At first, I had trouble with my masks, and wasn’t able to fall asleep successfully. They continued to listen to my concerns and provided me with multiple masks to try. When I almost gave up, they encouraged me to try one last mask, which happened to be a perfect fit! I’m very thankful for their patience and professionalism. I recommend speaking with Rupal, she is extremely helpful.

It’s my first time looking into getting a CPAP machine, and i called this location twice with both times experiencing really great customer service. Both ladies were very transparent about wait times and the different models that are available. It felt a bit less overwhelming thanks to their guidance.Edit: two weeks after I called, I was able to purchase a new ResMed Autoset 11 (this location had the shortest wait time). I really appreciated them walking me through every detail of my new CPAP device. You can tell that they care about their patients and want to make sure they help you get better. Both the owner and technician/physician who did the device walk through were super understanding and wonderful.

I have received outstanding service from SMG Milton. I am new to CPAP and I have had a lot of questions throughout the process. SMG Milton helped me work through many different options of masks and settings. They greatly assisted with all of the administrative items associated with the government and benefit plan funding of the equipment.With their efforts I am now running at fully controlled AHI and leak results.Rupal and Sandra have been my primary contacts. They have both been absolutely great to work with. Highly skilled and professional; they have made the entire process easy for me. The rest of the staff that I have worked with have also been very skilled and professional.I went with Resmed equipment. I have used the phone app available through the manufacturer to monitor my results. This monitoring has been an enormous help to me to learn about CPAP, and, most importantly, what works well and what does not. I highly recommend the use of the app through the early phase of the process. it also allowed me to really to understand the advice from SMG Milton.I had several retail and professional service options near home and work where I could have gone for my equipment. I decided on going to SMG Milton in part because of the great reviews.

It is quite hard to get a ready loaner or available CPAP to have the trial and purchase, I was blessed to have the support from SMG Milton. Very knowledgeable and kind staff there and gave me tons of professional advises and support throughout the process.
