Dynasty Cabs

Some days are great. Today I waited in freezing weather for over an hour. I don't recommend if you need to go somewhere in a hurry.

Sometimes slow but friendly and respectful. Anything better than sh1ttywide.

Called for a van to move me and a couple of Rubbermaid containers to my new apartment. Was VERY RUDELY told by the dispatcher that We don't do that. Call someone else." I did. But you will NEVER get my business ever again. Unfortunately I can't give less than one star."

Cab showed up 30 mins late, even though I pre-booked it. The driver was disrespectful and blasting gangsta music the entire trip. Stay away.

Some of the drivers are terrible and try to scam you out of more money than the fare is supposed to be (I always get a price when I call to avoid this).. but it's better than City Wide. I've ran into a couple issues but every time I call they are friendly and apologetic and have done what they can to resolve the issue.

I arrived at the Sydney airport on a flight during bad snowy weather at around 1 am. I called Dynasty because of the positive reviews here on Google. The dispatcher was surprised I called them at such an hour, he was not helpful at all and refused to send a cab. He suggested I call City Wide taxi instead. So I did. I expected some cabs at the airport waiting for potential passengers as a flight arrives. I guess it doesn’t work that way in Sydney.

Fast service. I was very pleased with how friendly the driver was. I will continue to use their services.

I’m a 20 year old female, called for a cab to pick me up on the corner of Charlotte and Prince as the road was blocked off due to construction. Asked the dispatcher if they would call me when they got there as I didn’t feel safe waiting outside at 10:45pm downtown. They said no and that they would be there any minute anyways and I can just wait outside. I waited outside, very uncomfortable, for 35 minutes with still no cab to have shown up. There were people looking at me, walking past me and finally a large group was walking behind me that had started to yell at me and I left. I had to walk home because my family was all asleep and we recently moved here so I have no friends to call and pick me up. Very upset. The dispatcher I called a few night ago had no problems giving me a ring and he was very kind.

Really liked the driver but he tried to over charge us by 10 dollars . I knew that the fair went up because of the price of gas but it didn't got up by 14 dollars . Anyway we got it resolved. Overall I love dynasty cabs been using them for years off and on.

Clean car. Nice driver. Nice dispatch, but driver was 20 mins late. It is what it is.
