I placed an order to my home address due to COVID. They responded that they cannot ship to my home address, so I provided the business address. They responded telling me they are cancelling my order, and charging me $5 plus a 10% ‘banking’ fee. This is a scam company, don’t deal with them.

Promises next day shipping, does not ship. The order has sat for over a week now with no further progress. No one answers the phones, all you can get is a voice mail, and they never call you back. They are cheap for a reason.
