Small mall in a small town...but very clean...has a few good shops and 2 restaurants...with access to the TD bank branch!

This hawksberry center had a very good dollar store and an interesting giant tiger. I wish I had stopped and tried on those very foamy sort of sandals that I had never seen before. They looked interesting. Next time I'm in huxbury I'll try to remember to drop in there. Primarily it was a dollar store and the Giant tiger I went to. They have handicap parking and it's not on the main street. It's in a couple of streets but it's easy to get there and I remembered it and I was able to drive there easily..There are other stores and another separate building with another store but I really didn't pay attention to them..

Not much here. This area of town need refreshing and revitalizing. Other that the yearly car shows there is not much here to bring me to this section of town. The newer upper comercial part of town has caused this section a section people just pass through. New ideas are required here to make it worth stopping at. Maybe a farmers market in the mall or something like that would help. Good luck.

Hawkesbury Centre
Visited Giant Tiger, a good place to find deals on select items, as long as you keep track of prices and occasional sale prices. Sad that there were only 2 cashiers, as we won't use self checkout, because in the long run cashiers will be out of work, meaning less people to ask questions of and less employment of people in and around Hawkesbury.
