Amin loads your pickup on to the flatbed, takes you up by the airport for a service drop. Offers a ride back in his direction. Exceptional service.

Terrible company. We went there on May 1st and the manager including his employee Neha were very unprofessional upon the release of the vehicle, they couldnt provide any explanations and details when asked about additional fees. When asked, manager just walked out and shrugged off. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. REPORTING THIS COMPANY. BAD MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Charged me over $300 once he had my credit card in his hand, despite having CAA and CAA assuring me the tow would cost approx. $27. Owner has since informed me I would be credited back… yet he never did. Giuseppe, if you see this, still waiting on that $306. Scammers and crooks. Take your business elsewhere. Try Brian’s towing, they’re fantastic.

I’m leaving this review to help others!!! YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE ON THIS LOT!!! My Car was towed to classic towing by a police officer. Before my car was towed to this lot the police officer the tow truck driver and I , did a walk around together to make sure there was no damages to my car before it was towed and it would be in the hands off the classic towing, there was NONE ! When I went to pick up my vehicle it was 8 pm at night and it was dark i my car is black so I didn’t notice it was missing/stolen off my car, I called classic towing 17 mins after I left the lot when I parked my car in my well lit under ground parking lot that’s when I noticed the Theft of my side mirror cover. I called classic towing the lady that answered said to me Unfortunately because I didn’t notice before I left the lot it was my problem and even if I fill out a claim it would be Denied 100%. The ppl at the front desk were quick to take my hundreds off dollars a threw me my key but didn’t not tell me to do a walk Around to make sure there were no damages or anything missing from the car. I just Assumed in good faith that my car would have been safe in there parking lot with 24 hour surveillance. This is the first time my car has ever been in a pound so I never knew that if I didn’t notice before I left it was than my loss!!! Well this light cover is costing me $2000.00 to replace ! I feel that classic towing should reach out to me and Resolve my issue, so I can change this review to a 5 star and than change my view of this pound that if my car should ever impounded again hopefully never ! That my car will be safe ! Ppl if you have a choice in a pound I’m letting you know your car is NOT SAFE and if something does go missing it will come out of your pocket to replace !!!

Warning! If you have the option of not using classic towing lot or service, please take it. I came to pickup my vehicle from the impound, and needed it towed to my body shop. They told me they are entering rush hour so they don't have any tow truck available. When I was about to call and finalize a different towing service, they told me they do have a truck&driver available. After paying for everything they made me wait for 45 mins because the driver was out on lunch. After a full hour they told me the driver went on a highway call and will be back in another 45mins. After waiting for another full hour I was told that the original driver is dealing with some other collision. Then I was told another driver was called, that would arrive in about 30 mins. They gave no updates and no remorse for wasting almost 4 hours of my time. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

The on call Supervisor Dee was of no assistance and a little abrupt when we were seeking HELP regarding our vehicles being locked in an underground parking lot. We only asked for Classic Towing to communicate a phone number to the Private Company if they called them to request our vehicles to be towed, as we have been unsuccessful in connecting with anyone at the property. I was told he could not give them our phone number and that they have to respond to the call as per their contract agreeement. I agree that they should respond to the call, however what would be the harm in giving them a number to contact us as well? Apparently their is a policy surrounding this issue? I would like to know exactly what the policy states. How often does a customer call prior to potentially being towed with a very reasonable explanation as to why the vehicle is there in the first place? Are Supervisor's not able to use their own professional judgment and discretion to make a decision that would help another person out? Or is it all about making the money with Classic Towing? This is a family owned and operated" business

My partner and I were driving back from Toronto to our home in London with our young pup when our transmission died on the 427. Terry was sent out by the MTO and couldn’t have been nicer, understanding and calmer during the whole situation. He didn’t put any pressure on us, allowed us to make the decision on whether we wanted to be towed, then took us back to London at 1 in the morning. Not only that he was able to calm us down by playing with our pup and keeping us laughing throughout and just being overall accommodating he knew what he was doing and took great care of our car. Great service, very nice driver and overall turned a terrible situation into a very bearable one. 5 stars.

This place deserves 0 stars. Woman at the front is beyond rude. My car was stolen and brought to this yard by the police. Officer told me I was good to go. It was brought here as they needed to collect evidence and fingerprints and then they ask for the ownership of the vehicle for their records. The vehicle was in my husbands name we share the same last name address, wouldn’t release it to me without his authorization. I waited almost an hour for her to look up the email. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Officers I spoke to were extremely nice and professional, the receptionist was not. I was already stressed with my vehicle being stolen and she did not help!!! Avoid avoid avoid!

Absolutely the worst place you can deal with when it comes to towing, etc. The staff at the front desk are extremely rude and incompetent. I was told that there would be a $5 charge for each additional hour after the 4 hour mark for a towed car. When i asked for a document or place to reference that policy, they couldn't direct me to any. When I called another location, i was told that wasn't a policy that existed and that it is a $60 charge for a 24-hour period.Upon getting my car, there were scratches/ marks near the side fender and under the front bumper made by the tow truck.The rude attitude and dishonesty given by the front desk staff was not warranted. I would give this place 0 stars if it was possible.
